Karolina from Zipcube took the stress out of organising my office event

Karolina from Zipcube helped me organise our office Christmas event. I was finding contacting a lot of different venues, checking availability and comparing prices pretty stressful but once I made contact with Karolina it all became very easy.

Really great timely service, support and communication.

Would have no hesitation booking through Zipcube again.

easy to book, hard to cancel

I booked a room well in advance of a meeting, i had no confirmation email. Come the time of the meeting i couldnt make it looked in my email for the confirmation, couldnt find it and presumed i hadnt booked it. On the morning of the meeting I had an email from ZipCube, I replied immediately to say could it pleased by cancelled. Two weeks later I still havent had a reply and paid for a meeting room we never used.

We’re genuinely sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand how frustrating it must have been to be charged for a meeting you couldn’t attend.

After carefully reviewing your booking, we can confirm that all confirmation and reminder emails were sent and successfully delivered to your inbox. Your booking was placed on October 2, 2025 at 2:01:00 pm. The first email, titled “Your booking request has been successfully sent: 90467,” was sent on October 2, 2025, at 2:02:03 PM. Once the venue accepted your booking, a second confirmation titled “Your booking request has been accepted: 90467” was sent on October 2, 2025, at 3:14:57 PM. Finally, on November 5, 2025, at 5:30:17 AM, our system sent a reminder email titled “Zipcube – Booking reminder The Claremont: 90467.” All of those email have been correctly sent to your email and the email has been validated.

We’ve also checked our records and can confirm that no cancellation request was received via your Zipcube dashboard, by phone, by chat or by email prior to the meeting. The only cancellation email reached us at 6:00 AM on the day of the booking, for a 10:00 AM start, which was unfortunately too close to the meeting time to cancel without charge under the venue’s policy.

We completely understand how disappointing this situation is. Our system automatically processes thousands of bookings each month, and if confirmations ever failed to send, we would be immediately aware through large-scale user reports, which hasn’t occurred.

That said, we truly value you as a customer and would be happy to offer a goodwill credit toward a future booking, should you wish to book with us again. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly at info@zipcube.com so we can arrange that for you.

Avoid!

Avoid! Misleading descriptions and photos of meeting rooms; unable to admit when they've made a mistake and do/say anything possible to wriggle-out of providing refunds etc.

Pathetic attempt to respond to original Trustpilot review in the hope that other Trustpilot reviewers will believe their incorrect version of events. All attendees confirmed that NO UPGRADE WAS OFFERED!

Our 50th party, the best evening

I would like to thank Zipcube and in particular Fed for helping me in organising me and my sister’s 50th party last weekend. There was a mix up on the original booking and Fed went out of her way to find me another venue that was as close to our hotel as first one and actually ended up being much better. The care that she showed in making sure everything was sorted was exceptional! My sister and I + our family and friends had the best party ever. Thanks so much!

Last minute meeting, sorted quickly and efficiently

I had a last minute meeting to arrange and Kush was great with providing me with options that were genuinely available to book. A number of other services say rooms are available when they aren't and therefore you waste a lot of time. Very pleased with the service!

Speak to Fed

We have booked via Zipcube several times as it offers really helpful and a lot of choices for meeting rooms. I read several reviews saying that they would overcharge, I have no idea about the overcharging but I think all our bookings are pretty worth the price and also Fed is always really helpful and responds quickly.
