The male cashier was rude just because I just wanted to return some few stuff at the till
Spoke in Xhosa thinking I couldn't hear him and when it was time for payment he threw the machine and spoke with no respect and said we're holding the line

placed an order on the 17th of April waited two weeks til I TRIED to contact them because I hadn't received my parcel or even a dispatch email! I got blocked from the Facebook page for asking for a update. Sent emails, messaged the seller directly. Finally got a response from her when I contacted my bank to get my money back.(haven't got it back)
She said she would send it out by royal mail and I'd get it then next day. Couple hours later I got a dispatch email - great I thought scrolling down the email. Better a month late than never... Looked at the shipping address??? She's sent it to someone in Coventry! So if any of you live in Cov and have took a parcel in today (Yarmouth Green CV4 8BN) enjoy yourself some bath bombs on me 🤌🤣😔

I purchased the mystery pack and it was a complete waste of money I had to email to find out when it was being dispatched it took about a month after ordering before it arrived . I also applied to be a rep a couple of years ago and the catalogues were constantly changing, most items were discontinued to the extent of nothing being in stock ever. I didn’t realise that Kimberley cosmetics was now under the new name of Bath candy otherwise I wouldn’t have bothered ordering.

I placed an order on 9th march £25, still not been received. This company does not reply to emails, so it looks like I've lost my money. Do not buy from them.
*I've just had an email saying that they will be delivered tomorrow, so fingers crossed. Only taken a month to deliver.

Absolutely disgusting service, placed an order on March 9th, still not received goods, no one has bothered replying after countless emails, tracking number they have provided doesn’t even work and I’m utterly fed up with it all now I shall be reporting them for fraud

I ordered prime bath bombs for my son on the 7th March, money taken but no confirmation or items have been received. Wasted my time sending emails, Instagram message, live chat on there website and even tried calling to be advised the number is disconnected. Do not purchase from this awful company.

It's now bath candy cosmetics, I ordered 2 orders on the same day on the 8th, no response from numerous attempts through emails and on their social media. Had to speak to the bank to try get my 60quid back, what a terrible company.

Wouldn't order again to long a wait not even received it yet I should always read reviews from now on 19 quid is a lot of money to think you'll get the product sent to you and what a con saying there's money in the bombs think it was a good sales to make people want to order don't buy no im not a rep from some where else ....

I was a rep from when tranquility started out followed the company to Kimberley’s cosmetics and now bath candy cosmetics, I can honestly say I’m so disappointed in how is reps have been treated money owed and broken promises
I will no longer support or buy from this company

So I've been debating writing this for a while but if I was able to give zero stars I would, this company who has now changed names again has in want of another word conned me out of £60 my order that was due in September 2022 never got delivered, emailed customer service got told that the parcel was lost in their despatch depot and told that a new one who be made for me great you think we'll not emailed again and told that the postal strikes was to blame so benefit of the doubt I left it a few weeks then I WhatsApp the OWNER and got told that its definitely lost and I should've emailed sooner when I showed her shots that I did in fact email got told I have to wait 28 working days for a refund im now in the 40ish working day and no refund, no communication and zero potential of receiving anything.

For your own sanity stay away they are full on con artists that when something happens they change name she is now operating under the name of Bathcandycosmetics

I think a certain group of sales reps took a dislike to this company because they was were working for a rival company that was quite bitter about the quality of the products. I was a sales rep and I loved the products they are the best on the market (by quite a distance) I saw some of the WhatsApp group chats etc. and they were a very very bitter bunch

The only actual company that makes the products themselves 🙌 …. I’ve been using this company for 5 years and have even been into the warehouse to collect an order every now and again. I have to say that I have made the odd potion every now and again but these guys actually make everything from scratch. When I was making the odd bits like like a lot of small bath bomb and wax melt businesses now I used a base like everyone but this company is different, this company actually went of out their way and formulated all their products themselves and then went ahead and made them. This is something that no one else can do, so okay the lead time might be a bit longer than I’d like but what can I expect when I’m getting a product thats made fresh here in the uk which is completely different than anyone else’s 🤷‍♀️ I’ve actually seen them make their body cream in front of me from water, oils and some wax it’s amazing. P.s. a lot of comments on here seem to be about sales representatives I don’t know if a fall out has happened with the scheme but it looks like that - maybe they didn’t want sales reps anymore 😬

For this awful woman! Not only do I have people chasing ME because she closed her website down and re-branded over night and they’ve been left without products and no response BUT I’ve put my hand in my

Entirely awful woman who’s taking advantage of people in their tour of need. Wish she would just stop. She’s started up two “companies” in the past few weeks doing the same thing as well. Hope Companies House have wind of it.

Never sent products and lied when I went through PayPal to get a refund. Saying it had been sent but it hadn’t. Eventually got a refund. Won’t ever buy from here again.

supposed to be a’rep’ for this company…. No replies to emails about missing parcels, posts on socials are not accepted… absolutely no word to say what’s happening, but think there’s lots of us in same situation

Managed to contact the new company who were incredibly rude and unhelpful, promised a resolution to the missing parcel problem… now being ignored again! New company is called bath candy cosmetics

Terrible company.
Rude and ignorant people who work there, wanting a replacement for some bath bombs that were damaged when they arrived, got told they couldn’t process a refund they would need to claim through Royal Mail. Asked for a replacement a month ago, nothing received, no response to my emails asking for a tracking number then I read another review saying the company I ordered with has been dissolved and they’re using another name. Stay clear, I’m determined to get my money back! I’ll keep emailing until I receive a response. DO NOT ORDER
