Mark quickly resolved my issue. I forgot that after setting up the account, I changed the username; therefore, I couldn't log in with the credentials that I was using. He asked me to verify the account information and then the username/email; that's when we discovered the issue.

Mark was very helpful…calm and collected which helped me calm down as well

The onboarding was fine. But everything after that was a struggle. We cancelled our service after the first year. I am now being charged again 2-years later.

Where do I start?

"Saying June was amazing is a complete understatement. I stayed on the phone with him for almost two hours yesterday while registering my LLC, and he walked me through the entire website interface step-by-step. Even though I was incredibly apologetic about taking up so much of his time, he never once complained, showed impatience, or was rude with me.

I really do not know what the subscription fee I had to pay goes to when I have to pay extra for file fees each year and more. They did not pay the commonwealth of Virginia so my LLC was canceled. Again, I do not know why I have to pay another 50 dollars to submit a piece of paper to Virginia when that should be included in the yearly subscription fee. I will be canceling my service and not using Zen Business further. On top of that, they sold my information to some very rude third party salespeople as well. The fact that their support can't do anything either.
