took the time to understand what I was saying and how those previous changes had negatively impacted my business formation. The Membership You Didn't Know You Signed Up For
ZenBusiness signs you up for services with just a checkbox — you don't realize until later that it's a yearly membership. Cancelling is deliberately difficult: it can only be done by phone, with a long hold time, followed by a required email confirmation. Never using ZenBusiness again.
