I purchased a dress online and double…
I purchased a dress online and double checked the size guides before I purchased. I'm size 10/12 and the size M was recommended by zara. When it arrived it was suitable for someone who is a size 8! If I'd known how small made this was, I would have ordered the large and now it's showing out of stock. Zara really need to sort this out! So disappointed as it was such a lovely dress.
extremely disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with both Zara and Amazon Shipping.
My order was originally scheduled for Sunday, but it was delivered a day earlier on Saturday without any prior notice. The courier left my parcel directly outside my front door in a clearly visible location, despite there being a safer place on my property where it could have been left securely. The delivery photo itself proves this.
I arrived home approximately one hour later, and the parcel had already been stolen.
I immediately reported the incident to Amazon Shipping, who opened an investigation. Five days later, I still have not received any update. Amazon Shipping tells me to contact the retailer, while Zara simply states that the parcel was marked as “delivered” and refuses to provide either a refund or a replacement.
As a customer, I have been left to absorb the loss caused by an unsafe delivery that was entirely outside my control. Passing responsibility back and forth between the courier and the retailer is unacceptable.
I expected much better customer service from a global company like Zara. I will be escalating this matter through my bank and the appropriate consumer protection channels.
Very disappointing experience.
I had a frustrating experience trying…
I had a frustrating experience trying to buy a pair of pants from Zara. I first visited the Burlington store, where they didn’t have my size in stock. The staff told me that a Toronto location had the size I needed, so I asked if they could place the item on hold for me since it would be a long drive. I was told they couldn’t.
I then tried ordering the pants online, but they were already out of stock. After that, I tried calling the Toronto store directly, only to find out that there is no way to reach the store. The call goes to a general customer service line, and the representative was unable to contact the store or arrange to have the item put on hold.
It’s disappointing that a company as large as Zara doesn’t offer a way to speak with individual stores or reserve an item that’s showing as available. Customers shouldn’t have to drive across the city with no guarantee that the item will still be there when they arrive, especially when the item is no longer available online. Improving communication between stores and customers would make for a much better shopping experience.
A disaster—a terrible experience
A disaster—a terrible experience! I made my purchase on June 16th, but it wasn't until June 30th that I was able to chat with someone; they told me to wait 48 hours for an update on my order. After those 48 hours, the status remained unchanged—they hadn't even prepared it. Today is July 2nd, and I am still waiting.

I am a regular customer who buys more…
I am a regular customer who buys monthly from this store. I placed an order this week and when I got the order one dress was missing well I said to myself maybe is on back order but I didn’t find an invoice I called customer service and they tell me they don’t have my dress anymore and they will just refund me. I said well this is your mistake I need a dress for a wedding and they said well are sorry we can’t help you. Horrible service I won’t buy from them again. They were suppose to replace my dress with one of my choice. Horrible
If possible...
When possible, I would exercise my customer rights and sue them... It's about Zara Croatia. I ordered, paid for and got confirmation that my purchase IS SENT on June 22. All fine. Then one delay, another delay of delivery after a few days. 10 days later, I am asking about it, of course. With highest possible arrogance, the answer I get is that they NOW don't have it in stock and that I will get a refund in 14 days. Horrible and unprofessional!

Zara Men's Red Linen Shirt
Beware, Zara's men's red linen shirt is not a garment originally constructed from red linen fabric, instead it's a white linen shirt (probably left over inventory) dyed using very cheap red dye. Even the garment tags and Zara logo were worn out and stained with the red dye. Since the sizing listed on their site for the shirt was also off I decided to throw it in the washer to shrink it down, even in cold water the shirt left the inside of my washing machine looking like a crime scene, completely red. When I took it out of the dryer the shirt looked worn out and the color was a dull pink-ish red. Even the inside of the dryer and the lint compartment was left with red residue. Good thing I didn't wash it with other laundry! I own multiple linen shirts from other brands in a range of colors and have never come across one of such inferior quality. Zara is making H&M look like a luxury brand. Bye Zara, never again!
Delivery delays
The delivery time for my order is unexceptable. My package was due to be delivered on 6/29 .I even received an email from Zara that said it was delivered. I tracked it and it was delayed and rescheduled for the 30th. It did not show again and now it is rescheduled for July 2nd.
Very Happy with Zara they always deliver a great product.
Very Happy with Zara they always deliver on time and l always get what l ordered. I always order my perfume which is fashionably London which l get so many comments on when l am out. l have ordered so many bottles and l have never had one delivered broken which has happened to me with other perfume suppliers.
I want to zara for a specific shirt
I went to zara today fora specific shirt
I was given the inaccurate'address, 182 regent street.
The shop is on 118 regent street.
I tried size L. It was too large. I asked for size M. Was told it was on the men floor, but'sales did not offer to search for it.
I checked my self all the discount long sleeve shirts. Could not find the specific shirt.
So, I saved the cost of £35.99 in the bank.
The level of service and general help was well below of what I get at: M & S, Next, Fenwick, John Lewis, Travelers, H & M, Skopes, Barbour and a few others.
I therefore put zara on my black list, even when and if it has some reasonable merchandise.
One cannot even get to any of their shops on the phone. One gets the message to go to the web. The product, this specific man shirt was not even achievable on zara web.
"I came here to leave a negative…
"I came here to leave a negative review for Zara because it is literally the most ridiculous store in the world. I ordered a pair of sandals the exact second their sale started, and they showed it as in stock. But now, they just emailed me saying, 'Sorry, we run out of stock,' and cancelled my order! If you actually had it in stock at that moment, why didn’t you ship it to me?! Anyway, I came here to drop a bad review, but after seeing the endless flow of negative comments, I realized Zara is already a total trainwreck."
I had a very unpleasant experience at Zara Rotterdam
I had a very unpleasant experience at this Zara today. I was trying on clothes in the fitting rooms near the children's department. The area was almost empty, with only two other customers using fitting rooms and no one waiting.
Without knocking or asking first, a staff member pulled open my fitting room curtain while I was undressed. She apologized immediately but then told me I wasn't allowed to use those fitting rooms because I was trying on women's clothing and had to go downstairs instead.
While I was still getting dressed, she came back a few minutes later and asked, "Does it take so long?" I found this extremely rude and disrespectful. I simply needed time to get dressed before leaving. I had also not seen any sign indicating that adults were not allowed to use those fitting rooms.
I reported the incident to the manager. My complaint is not about the store policy itself, but about the way I was treated. Customer privacy should always be respected, and opening a fitting room curtain while someone is undressed is unacceptable.

Dear Zara Customer Service Team,
Dear Zara Customer Service Team,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experiences using your online shop.
Over multiple orders, I have encountered repeated issues including delayed or unclear delivery updates, difficulties with returns and refunds, and an overall lack of reliable communication regarding order status. These problems have made the online shopping experience frustrating and inconsistent.
At this point, I have lost confidence in your online platform and I will not be placing further online orders until there are clear and sustained improvements in the professionalism and reliability of your digital service.
A modern online retailer should be able to provide a seamless experience from checkout to delivery and returns. As an example, companies such as Zalando demonstrate how this can be done effectively, with transparent tracking, efficient returns processing, and generally well-rated customer support. Their model shows that a smooth, customer-focused online experience is absolutely achievable in this industry.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and invest in improving your online operations to meet the standards customers now expect.
Awful experience
Awful experience, undelivered order, have had to chase and chase. Refund so far for missing parcel but having to fight for delivery refund. No genuine apologies after nightmare of dealing with customer service, just copy and paste platitudes. Won't order again..... Still spending valuable time on this!!!
Zara has terrible customer service and…
Zara has terrible customer service and product quality. I tried to return one pair of pants 4 days after the 30 day return window and they refused to accept the return and wouldn’t even allow a store credit or a product exchange! I would understand if I was trying to return something months later but this was literally 4 days! The customer relations person on the phone was completely dismissive. Not sure how they manage to keep any customers. I will definitely be supporting stores like Mango and H&M instead where I’ve never had any issues.
The product quality is also poor. I ordered the same pair of pants in two different sizes and the smaller size was a good inch longer than the larger size.
Rude and dumbfounded cashier
I went to the cashier to pay and she asked whether i wanted a bag and she js kept rolling her eyes. She was a very rude cashier. After that i paid with card and she handed me a bag when i didnt ask for it. I said you literally js asked me if i wanted a bag and i said no. And she was just acting dumbfounded and she didnt know what to do. The customer service is alright its just that cashier girl is so rude i swear she kept rolling her eyes. The worker beside her was so jolly so i was disappointed why i didnt get the same treatment. If workers made a mistake, they shouldnt act confused and legit ask the customer what to do after u legit charged them for something they didnt want u should freaking know what to do idiot.
