I ordered just under £900 worth of…

I ordered just under £900 worth of clothing and almost £400 worth of the order was missing. I received items I didn’t order and some were dirty. I have been trying to sort this out since November. Zara have been absolutely useless, communication is terrible as it can only be done via online chat. They advised I would receive a refund for what was missing from my order when I returned the wrong and dirty items, and the items I didn’t want to keep. This didnt happen. I went through my credit card company to get a refund but Zara have completely lied through their teeth and I’m almost £400 out of pocket. I will never order from Zara again.

My name is Emma and I am one of the senior managers in the Adidas store in Oxford street. Yesterday Friday the 19th of June during my break time around 2.30 I went o Zara to buy a top and a shoe that I needed for an event. I found what I needed, paid for it and left the store as I was leaving the alarm went off and the security approached I thought that maybe the RFID was still activated in one of the items I bought, but no instead I was questioned about the yellow top that I was wearing and enter the store with . I told the security that i bought it long time ago and was probably the 5th time that I was wearing it. So he called a lady she was tall , blonde and maybe Polish and maybe the manager as she did not introduce herself she looked at me and the first thing coming out of her mouth was ‘“RECEIPT”? I was shocked with her lack of customer service or manners. First she should start introducing herself, never assuming that the customer is a shoplifter just because she is black ! Some of the questions she should have ask were : did you purchase the item instore or online, did you purchase in this store, how long ago was it , did you had a paper receipt or email receipt? Those should be the first questions. Luckily I have the app and could prove my purchase for the top on the 15th of April, if I had just a paper receipt she would classify me as a shoplifter eve dough I entered the store wearing the top and it’s not my fault that the RFID was still active.
At the end she turned her back and left without and apology and that’s why I am writing this review and I will make sure that this complaint will reach Mr Ortega.

I would not buy anything from Zara again

I would not buy anything from Zara agin. Extreme stress, missing part of order consisting of two parts, to be delivered to store. No help from AI chat or WhatsApp chat, as no telephone number to speak to someone when things go wrong. No refund for part of order received taken back to store. Was told this was dependent on part of order not sent yet being investigated and could not tell me how long anything would take. Finally got refund after messaging for an hour each day for 7 days.

Received white pants that I purchased…

Received white pants that I purchased online that has two drops of blood on the back of the pant leg. I have reached out for the past month and have not had this resolved. They say they have been trying to contact me but I have not received any calls. even gave my work number. Asked to speak with someone and was told it is a different department. No email or direct #. Then the kicker if I send the pants back I will be charged $4.99. What happened to this company?

I ordered from you for the first and…

I ordered from you for the first and definitely the last time.

After three weeks, my shoes still hadn't been delivered. The tracking status just kept saying they were "in transit." I couldn't reach customer support, and the chat wasn't helpful, so I visited one of your stores.

The store assistant managed to contact support and told me that my package had been lost. Seriously? And nobody informed me? No email, no notification?

I was told that I would receive an email soon and that my refund would be processed within 14 days after that. So you'll be holding my money for about six weeks because of your mistake?

I understand that orders can get lost, but I don't understand why nobody informed me automatically. This has been the worst online shopping experience I've had in years.

Received a gift from family member

Received a gift from family member , was abroad when arrived home tried on gift , material very itchy ,couldn't use, contacted Zara customer service , they were no help , stuck to there 30day policy no mention off poor quality if item !!.

I bought a pair of jeans from Zara…

I bought a pair of jeans from Zara recently and when i went to pay for them the lady at the counter had no manners and said ‘all done’. I said can i please get a receipt and she said next time ask, which i did. I said next time have some manners. She huffed and i just couldn’t get over how rude she was.
I am not sure if they are trained in customer service skills…

I am extremely disappointed with Trendy… VERY BAD SERVICE

I am extremely disappointed with Trendy Clothing’s customer service and shipping process.

The customer service was very poor. It was difficult to get clear answers regarding my order, and responses were either delayed or unhelpful. As a customer, I expected better communication and support.

The shipping experience was even worse. My order was delayed, and there was little to no proactive communication about the status of the shipment. I had to follow up multiple times just to get an update. When a company takes payment promptly, customers should be able to expect reliable shipping and timely delivery.

Overall, this was a frustrating experience from start to finish. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Trendy Clothing unless significant improvements are made to their customer service and shipping operations.

Wrong item sent and it's on me to make it right

My online order of a brown and blue t-shirt I really wanted was delivered today. Imagine my disappointment when I opened the package to find a pink and red striped dress instead. I contacted Zara via chat and was directed a human agent, "Chris". I was offered a refund but what I really wanted was the t-shirt I ordered. But now my size is out of stock. To make matters worse, I have to take the package to a FedEx facility vs. having USPS pick up the package at my home in order to get my refund. That's two inconveniences for me. And Chris never thanked me for letting them know I received the wrong item and tried to fix the situation.

I ordered a skirt from Zara

I ordered a skirt from Zara, when it came the measurements on the website were incorrect. When I went to return it I realised that I had not got an original email. After lengthy chats on WhatsApp they sent me a return label which they said, after asking that it was to be used for Royal Mail, the QR code did not work at the post office or Evri. I chatted at length with them again today on WhatsApp and they have sent me a different QR code which is for in post, now I have got to try that tomorrow after work, this is very inconvenient for people who work and are running around after work to try and sort the return. j have never experienced such a problematic return service and because of this I will not be using Zara again.

trash app and unreliable service!

zara has become completely trash. their app is so glitchy, it took my payment and then randomly cancelled half of my order an hour later without any explanation. now i have to wait days for a refund just because their stock system is broken. customer care does not give a damn about the buyers. save your money and shop somewhere else.

Zara not helpful at all, won't shop there again

We visited Zara in Aberdeen on Saturday 13th June and my daughter bought a jacket. We had to rush to get the train back to Elgin so she didn't try it on. It's too big. I've contacted Zara to ask to either return it or change it for a smaller size. They didn't help at all, but said that if you buy it in store it has to be returned in store. It's 65 miles away and we won't be back to Aberdeen for a few months. They stuck rigidly to their policy and were not helpful at all. My daughter is willing to pay the postage to send it back, but they weren't interested so she's stuck with a jacket that's too big. We won't shop in Zara ever again

Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service.

I purchased a large basket but needed to return it because it was too big. I then ordered the smaller version instead.

Because the item is oversized, a collection has to be arranged through customer services. I have contacted customer services four separate times to book this collection. On each occasion, I was given a collection date and stayed at home waiting for the courier. On all four occasions, nobody turned up.

I am now on my fourth day of waiting in for a collection that has failed to happen. Each time I contact customer services, they simply rebook the collection without explaining why the previous collection was missed or acknowledging the inconvenience of wasting multiple days of my time.

The most frustrating part is the complete lack of accountability. When I asked why this has happened four times, the response was: "I understand the collection was unsuccessful. That is the reason it is now being rearranged." Obviously, I understand that the collection was unsuccessful. What I want to know is why it has been unsuccessful four times and what is being done to prevent it happening again.

Poor communication, no explanation, and no regard for customers' time.

I am furious and want to file a serious complaint with Zara. My complaint is Instagram-worthy:

Since May 13 I have been trying to get my money refunded. I regularly buy things online from Zara.For the first time, on May 13 I returned an item in a physical store.

Only on May 23 did I receive an email from Zara stating that my refund had been successfullyprocessed by Zara. I was told the amount would be returned to the original payment method within amaximum of 14 days.

It is now June 9. That is longer than the maximum 14 days.

Do not start telling me it depends on my bank. That is you shirking your responsibility to treat yourcustomers properly and responsibly.

When I buy something from Zara online, you take the money from my account within seconds. Now I return something for the first time and I have to send an email asking where my money is! Is this fair? Idon’t think so.

I demand that you give a concrete answer. You must take action now and provide a specific datewhen my money will be refunded to my account.

In addition to my complaint I see on internet that thee are lot of complaints about Zara!

Radar ,Radar is a consumer program, received many complaints about Zara, many similar complaints are also shared on the review platform Trustpilot. Buyers on the platform speak of the "passing the buck" principle. As a customer you are referred everywhere except to an appropriate solution

Unable to access order & getting no help

Placed an order to collect from a collection point. Got sent an email saying it was ready for collection. Tried to collect but wasn't provided a code to collect it and none of the barcodes in any of the emails work. Have tried to collect it 3 times now (it's a 30 min walk each way to do this) and still no luck.

Tried to contact Zara and have been told my 'case is under review'. Make it sound like I've done something wrong. How long does it take to either send someone the details they need. Or apologise, admit fault and refund me. . Placed the order in good faith. Paid my money and I can't collect it.

Terrible 'customer service'.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER

I ordered a dress online about a month ago. I was home all day waiting for shipment, but they took it to a relay point, but never told me where or gave me a pick up code. By the time I got the name of the relay point it had already been returned to Zara. I got someone (I don't know if human or not) They sent out a replalcement dress while I was out of town. I tried to hold the delivery for two days until I got home. No such luck. I got a location and code for a relay locker.
The number did not work and I couldn't unlock locker. Now they want me to wait until 14 days after they receive the merchandise back for a refund. Forget it. I am cancelling through my credit card.
