Easy order, fast delivery, good products
I have ordered products from their European site and the package arrived within a week, even with a little recipe booklet.
Products are amazing and very tasty, easy to put into a daily routine and make for a quick and healthy fix in a day.
I am not looking into membership since I want to use the products at my own pace, but the plain order process I am very happy with.

Horrible Customer Service
Horrible Customer Service. Ordered a book by mistake twice and they sent it anyway even though I emailed them straight away. They said they will refund me for postage but only gave me 50p in points! Emailed them several times and Anna kept saying they cannot do anything. After trying to reach out to them on social media several times Daniel (Customer Experience Specialist and Sales) said will call me- only called me once and I missed the call as I was at work (I am a key worker). Stopped replying to my emails and never tried to call me again. Their customer service is a joke!!!

Absolutely shocking service
Absolutely shocking service. I ordered an immunity bundle at over £120. It came on time.No issues with that. One of the products was in terrible condition. I wrote an email within 3 hours. Took nearly two weeks to respond for “Patty” to say that it was a minor issue and to shake. I sent photos saying the powder was a hard solid chewy lump. Another 10 days to say that they would issue a replacement when they decided what was best for me ???? That was over 2 weeks ago. I replied to a survey on customer service that it was terrible. Another automated response saying that I could have a free item. Wrote again saying that I’m still waiting for my original replacement. No response. No goods. No service. Nothing. They have great marketing but zero customer service and the goods are shaky and sub standard. Avoid at all costs, I’m sorry to say

Impossible to get out of membership
I had written them a month ago and they (Patty) had confirmed via email that they had canceled my subscription, now I get another email that they had reactivated it. Without even asking me! What??? There seems to be no way to get out of this membership and it seems impossible delete my account. Stay away!

Loving the products
Loving the products. They dont claim to due more than they actually DO. They taste good. Some ofcause better than others. I like the way Mellow Yellow support the immunsystem by being high inti-inflamatories. Also I love the way it activates the digestion system.
