Gather I’m not the only one but: Subscription has gone to pot: Have taken my money but not sent the product. Completely uncontactable by email, phone or social media. Understand this has happened since a takeover. Having to dispute through my bank. Such a shame as was a great product

I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS

I've been a customer since the very beginning of this company. They were exceptional in all ways. I refilled one of my subscriptions a few weeks ago. Not only have the products not shipped, but there has been no response to any of the millions of ways I have contacted them. I cannot believe I found this site with so many other people having the same experience. These products were a daily staple of mine, and now I have to go back to the drawing board- not to mention find a way to get (A LOT) of my money back. I am in actual shock. What a disgrace.

Products now full of rubbish & filler ingredients

I used to buy this product all the time & reordered again recently. Unlike most of the reviews on here my products arrived on time but I noticed some of them tasted very different- particularly the Magic Mushroom & the Golden Mellow then I noticed that the labelling was different & where they were once labelled as ‘Superfood Mix’ they are now called ‘Latte Drink’ so I looked at the ingredients & was horrified to discover they contain only a fraction of the superfood ingredients & functional mushrooms ( in the Magic Mushroom mix) & are packed with coconut milk powder & cocoa powder. So I basically just bought some super expensive hot chocolate / hot drink powders. What a shame what has happened to a previously ethical company with high quality products. I wonder if the original owners are as disappointed as their customers- or are they more likely laughing all the way to the bank having sold their business!!!! Do not buy!!! The products are now just expensive, rubbish latte mixes!!

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I placed an order on March 17th and paid over $200 for an order that has not been shipped. When I go to my account, it says "order unfulfilled" - PAID. I have sent numerous emails following up with no replies. When you call the customer service number, you only get an outgoing message directing you to the email address. Ridiculous. I'm out my money and NO ONE has reached out to help me. They are FAR from SUPER.

The Healing Company gave YourSuper the final death blow

As a long standing customer, my experience is that it's never been the best customer service, but it was kind of okay as they were in this start-up mode and at least you knew it was handled and somebody was there to deal with your issue. However, recently it turned from "not the best" to catastrophic (or rather "non-existing"). I was waiting for months for the ordered product which was out of stock, but when asking for a refund given the long wait, nobody got back to me anymore. I have not had a response since months and also tried every possible way. Since YourSuper's acquisition by "The Healing Company", it's gone down the drain, unfortunately. They ruined it completely, this brand is done in my opinion. Even Melody, the friendly AI responding to my e-mails in the first couple of weeks, has given up on it; she has also disappeared - maybe the algorithm taught her that if somebody contacts her too often with the same question (as there was never an okay answer to it), then she needs to hide away. "We are building a community of brands committed to a more sustainable, healthy, and joyful world." says the exemplary "The Healing Company". I can only say that in my life, they have not yet been able to contribute with any of the above attributes. It would be great to walk the talk in general. Very annoying and disappointing!

I am actually in shock

I am actually in shock! I have been a customer for several years! I done a huge order in December 2023, and when the box arrived it was missing Golden Mellow and Moon Balance. My order in March has also not arrived. After months of emails back and forth, the emails from them just stopped, I have tried calling (EU & USA) numbers, both with the same automated message asking to send an email. I have sent numerous emails asking for refund. I genuinely can not believe it, I will be contacting a lawyer. Also, I find it strange that another company called Kiano in Sweden is now on the scene with their version. It is 99% identical.

Ordered products, no delivery. Reached out to customers services but no response. Trying to retrieve money back through Paypal. Avoid at all costs. Very disappointed in the founders of the company as I stayed a loyal customers for years as I believed in their products.

Old YourSuper is gone, this new one is a scam!

My recent order with YourSuper was nothing but a scam. I ordered a bundle, one week after placing the order I reached out to customer support enquiring about the status of the order, they claimed product was out of stock and that I would receive my order soon. I received the products more than a month after placing the order and half of the products are missing. Yet, no refund has been issued...not even an apologetic email!

This product used to be great when the company still belonged to their founders. The new scammy approach, is clearly a reflection of the company that acquired them. DON'T GET FOOLED, DON'T PLACE ORDERS!!

Hi , I'm in the same boat I keep emailing them as I had ordered Moon Balance something I've ordered before - no response. I was told there'd be a delay but the product is no longer on their website. I've been asking for a refund but no response since.

AWFUL experience

AWFUL experience! I placed an order in March and I’m still waiting for all of the items. Customer service did respond to 1 of my many emails but it seemed like a bot response because the response was entirely unrelated to my issue. I also DM’d them and was told to be patient while they looked into it. And now I’m being ghosted. 0 stars if I could. I have purchased from this company in the past without issue but something has definitely changed and now it seems like a scam company.

Paid for products not received and bad customer service

Really bad customer service and still waiting on my products that I paid for nearly two months ago, money taken for something added which I didn’t even order. Despite several emails Tony replied firstly to say he would look into my order then nothing back for 5 weeks then finally a response to say he would send out the missing order but no explanation or what he would do about being charged for extra product I didn’t order. I am still waiting on the products he apparently sent out but nothing. It is a shame as I had a subscription and always had my order delivered within days in the past and customer service used to be very good too. I’m extremely disappointed and I’ve cancelled subscription. I think it’s really bad all their loyal long term customers are being treated like this. At the very least an apology and refund wouldn’t go a miss.

It is really a pity

It is really a pity, I loved their products for years but something has been going down with them.

Last spring it already happened once to me that the delivery took some weeks.
But now it seems to be something chronical that they can't deliver anymore what you paid for.

Since they didn't deliver the ordered products, I asked for an explanation, got an automated answer, no products, asked again weeks later for my money back, which they immediately transferred, and gave the following explanation;

It's just too many orders and not enough stock and they are promising to solve the problem.

I strongly doubt that and it's really a loss for me, having enjoyed their products for years, every day. After all, I recommend their products, but definitely not ordering from their page.

Terrible experience! Be warned !!!

Such a bad experience!! Placed an order a month ago ie 10 Jan 2024 and still not received any item !!!!! It was a large order too so spent a lot of money with this company! Wish I had read these reviews first but had ordered from them in the past so thought everything would be fine !! It definitely isn’t !!!! Something bad must have happened to them !! Not sure what !!! Be warned though !!!

No longer answering customer emails. Deleting social media comments.

They have stopped responding to customer service emails and they are deleting all the negative comments from all their social media profiles now that people want answers about their money and products. I used to love them in the beginning but in the last few months it has totally gone downhill and I will never do business with them again.

This was a great company but now a total scam!

I placed an order weeks ago, and it was immediately paid for. However, they have not processed the order yet, and they have been unresponsive to emails, messages on Instagram, and other forms of communication. Furthermore, their phone is out of service, making it impossible to contact them and receive a response. But they keep posting on social media and spam you with emails!!

They take the money from your account and do not send the product

I have been a customer of this company for a long time. I have a monthly subscription on my last two orders I got issues: order of november from 3 products I got 2 (no money back, no explanation) on december got charged and never got my order.
No replies to emails, messages on IG, or claim via paypal.
If you are not doing well as a company and you cannot fulfill the orders you should stop stealing people’s money.

Disappointed with customer service

Disappointed with customer service. I've been a customer for more than 5 years, then tried their automatic subscription including 4 products.

Ultimately they only send 1 out of 4 products, and even though i have contacted them 3 times ZERO-FEEDBACK.

WHAT?! I'm really surpriced actually, because the products are amazing, but super sketchy customer service....

Impossible to redeem points, no customer support

I love the products and did not mind the super overprice on the products, as I believe in quality and I buy the old saying "you get what you pay for"... however, I am not one to dismiss the lack of customer service, and the fraud. The reward point program they have is just FAKE. I have never been able to redeem my points...and since there is no customer support, I am left with nothing. The website has eaten all my points, it shows as if I did redeem them... but sadly that was not the case.
I used to like the concept, and the story of the young couple, but now I question it all.
I miss the products but I don't like to feel cheated each time I buy them.
Now, I buy all the ingredients and make my own mixes... it is much cheaper and I get to add more or less depending on my results /how I feel ... I am experimenting...it is not difficult and it is fun!
I encourage you to do this for yourself and stop giving your money away to a company that obviously does not care about their customers... sometimes I even feel that their customer service is a computer using AI chat gtp...
