Got for Xmas n noticed once I tried to use it it was expired called several times n was told problem had to escalated n told by march I was told there's nothing that can b done n to try going bk to store of purchase to get money bk definitely a fraud a bunch of crooks

Although not a full-on scam, this product is a most CONSUMER-UNFRIENDLY debit card.

First, they should send a notice — in BOLD TYPE — along with the gift card to the effect: "Note: a $2.50 fee will be charged each month. You should use these funds within the next 29 days."

Why don't they? Presumably this is a feature, not a bug. Companies buy gift cards with which to reward their customers, YourRewardCard gets to keep a substantial percentage of customers' money.

Second, if they clearly wanted to run a business that benefited their customers, they would allow customers to use their card balance toward an Amazon Gift Card ... but they don't seem to allow this.

Third, their website doesn't seem to work.

Received an $800 rewards cards from delta as compensation. My card was frozen, and I’ve spent nearly 2 months on the phone with their call center trying to receive updates. They have insisted my check is in the mail for 3 months now. Every time I call it’s something different regarding the status. Total scam. Kind but unhelpful customer service

This card is useless. I got it as a $5 rebate and can’t use it unless it covers the total purchase. No good anywhere!

All the reviews are correct - they are a scam. My card "expired" 1 year from issue date. per the Cardholder Agreement and federal and california law - the ard cannot expire. I called the customer care and they told me to BUY another gift card - literally. Um, no, that is not the answer. You stole $100 from my employer who gifted it to me and now won't uphold the cardholder agreement and willfully violate the law. Beyond amazed this is happening in a world of heightened regulation and the CFPB. For everyone - report your issue to the CFPB through a customer complaint.

Tried to log in on the web site noted on back of card and keep getting “error message. Try again later.”

Received a reward card. Was valued at $50 as a gift. Used it once. Noticed expiration date of 10/27. Pulled it out to check the balance and found that for the last several months $2.50 have been removed. I assume this is a fee! So much for paying a monthly fee for a gift. As has said before, this is a scam! With more fine then any debit/credit card should have, especially for a gift!

Received a $50 Visa YourReward debit card. Unfortunately when I went to use it, there was only $32.50 left on it. Unbeknownst to me, $2.50 was taken off for 7 months for a total of $17.50. There was nothing stated on the card or anything stating this would happen. I only found out when I went on the website to verify the balance of $50 (& even to find that was a runaround). It said something like that once it was activated, they would take $2.50 off a month if you didn't use it. Had I known that, I wouldn't have activated it until I was ready to use it. What a scam! Do NOT buy these, you will get ripped off.

Fraudulent card issuer which locking the cards without any good reason, and then refuse to refund the clients. Watch out

This is the single worst service I've ever encountered in my entire life. It does nothing but tie your money up in a useless card that will be repeatedly declined, and when you call for support they tell you to try it some new way that will also fail. This is a scam.

Received this card from AT&T for a reward and did not activate it. When I went to use it instead of being for $50 it's only for $32.50. It's been taking 2.50 out per month. It says it cannot be used at an ATM or for cash. I tried to use it on Amazon and it said System error. I am not being able to use it and they will continue to deduct the $2.50 per month. My understanding is that Congress passed a law that they could no longer do that.

how come there is no one doing a class action law suit agains them? ... it happened the same to my as any other users they take away your money... they should be making MILLIONS!!! by stealing other people money whta kind of BS is a 6 months validity

Im very angry about 2000 dolars Vise card i reseived from Delta Airlines.I geve up my seat in Atlanta. Delta gave me a Visa card for 2000 dolars but card cannot be activated. Compeny who issue the card told me, it cannot be activated and i should speak to Delta Viza. When i calld Delta Viza they told me to call back to the company whom issued the card. Its a scam and im going to sue the Delta Airlines for all my losses. It cost me extra 500 dallars to make a many phone calls from Europe, to try to activate Delta Visa card.It didnt work.It goes back and forth and nobody does anithing. Scam, scam scam, from Delta. Shame on you big shot Delta Airlines. ILL SEE YOU IN THE COURT!! Its not the money, its a principles!!

Awful, awful customer service. Opaque policies, unhelpful and rude on the phone, and scummy all around. I'll be actively campaigning against using this company for the rest of my life. This business model and style of service needs to die.

So I received two cards in the mail from this company YOURREWARDCARD.COM after cashing out my rewards into a $100 MC and a $50 Visa from BANK OF MONTREAL and it has been weeks and I always get a system error when I try to activate the card. Further I have called them, spoken to their supervisors, then called BMO, then went into the branch, NO ONE knows how to activate my card. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

I spent two calls to 833-634-3155 trying to get the so called PIN number set up on their site. They said just go to the store and it will ask for a pin number and allow you to reset. TOTAL LIES. One of them kept saying for to the "toast" when he ment a store. I am throwing away the junk card.

It's a way to steal your money, they are thieves.
My employer awarded me with $215 giftcard. I misplaced the card for couple months and then found it. To my surprise, it was already expired, expires so fast. I called the reward card company to replace the card that I did not use a single dollar of. I spoke to multiple managers and they refused to replace it then they dropped the phone call. It's a scam.
