I wish i could give it zero stars!
I received this card as a part promotion program from Spectrum . I immediately tried to use it after activating & someone had already zeroed out balance. I reported it to card services immediately but told it would take 90 days to investigate. After calling several times & waiting 90 days, I called & they told me my dispute was denied. Sorry! HOW DO THESE SCAMMERS STAY IN BUSINESS?? I LOST 400.00 STAY AWAY!!

Card is not accepted everywhere Visa is…

Card is not accepted everywhere Visa is accepted. It’s an anonymous card … it doesn’t have a billing address associated with. Virtually all merchants use AVS- address verification system to match the billing address you enter with the address associated with the card … which is blank.the card is denied everywhere visa is accepted.
Somebody is making a lot of $$ off of cards that can’t be used.

Scam

Can't use a card I was given as payment. Says the card is invalid and I can't even get through their garbage automatic system to get an actual person on the phone to fix it.

Went to use it and the balance was stolen by the card company.

I received a gift card from my cell…

I received a gift card from my cell phone carrier when I switched to payoff my phone balance. The card came from Yourrewardcard.com. I have been fighting with this company for two weeks to get a hold removed from my card. I keep getting the runaround. The call center appears to be out of India since we can’t have these call centers in our country.

I have 4 Visa reward cards

I have 4 Visa reward cards, showing expiration dates in 2027, 2028, 2029, & 2030. I tried to use one of them yesterday, & found out that the value decreases monthly after activation. Why, then, is there an expiration date on the front of the card? The information about the decreasing value is barely legible on the back. I'm certain that many senior citizens cannot read it. On the front, it says that the funds do not expire. These cards are not senior friendly. If we are not supposed to activate the cards upon receiving them, meaning that we should stand in a store & activate them there after finding what we want to buy, then why is that information not printed on the card? Seniors are not able to do that in a store. I feel that these cards are a rip off, to say the least, & I do not appreciate the mixed messages & the inconvenience of the demands made regarding them.

THESE REWARD CARDS ARE A SCAM - BEWARE OF THE SMALL PRINT

I received 2 reward cards from rite through "MY REWARDS CARD .COM". On the front of the card it says it expires on 11/27. on the back of the card i9n the smallest print on the card it states there is a $2.50 per month fee for the card. Needless to say I did not see the small print on the back of the card stating this. When I went to use the card the balance was zero. Since when do pre loaded reward cards have monthly fees!! There should be something, in big print, that warns you of this. This company is running a scam so it can keep the money that was given to you. BEWARE!!!!!!!

I literally attempted to use this Visa…

I literally attempted to use this Visa Debit gift card everywhere with ZERO success! Call customer service and she was not very helpful to be honest. For whatever reason I tried to buy some Best Buy items and Giftcards and it worked! I was able to buy an instacart gift card to buy some groceries and some other small items. They was the saving grace. Otherwise this gift card would have been absolutely USELESS!

Got this 'reward card' from the HouseCalls

I got this 'reward card' from the House Calls program in Virginia Medicaid. I activated it and the website and the phone service said it had $15 to use 'anywhere Visa is accepted'. Tried Amazon and Ebay and it was rejected by both. Called the help number and got someone from India or Pakistan whose accent was so thick I couldn't understand 90% of what he said and he wouldn't or couldn't connect me to anyone else. I'm throwing away this trash card and any others they send me. May cancel House Calls, too.

VERY DECEIVING

I tried to use two Reward Card VISA cards and both were declined. I called the customer service number on the back of the card and both cards had a zero balance. When I pressed the number to hear the transactions, they were all a monthly fee of $2.50 per month. There should be in BOLD PRINT on the front of the card (not in tiny fine print on the back of the card) that a monthly fee of $2.50 per month will be applied to the remaining balance. THE FRONT OF THE CARD IS VERY DECEIVING AS IT STATES "Funds Do Not Expire" and the card shows an expiration date. VERY DECEIVING!

I don't want to give even 1 star

I don't want to give even 1 star for this card. They are money stealers and look like a scam!!! I should have checked the reviews first before using a card. They already got the same complaints regarding $2.50 fee a lot. DO NOT BUY ANY CARD from them.

Fraud websites offering fake cards!

I placed an order yesterday for an e-gift card from the store 'ultimate_choices'. After I paid, the store 'ultimate_choices' simply displayed an error site URL 'send.runa.io' and declared the shipment successful.

When I used it, the site 'send.runa.io' jumped to 'vcdelivery.com','yourrewardcard.com' and repeatedly indicated that the system itself had made an error and did not provide any gift card number, expiration date, or CVV. I filed a complaint at g2a.com. Then customer service agent refused to refund the money.

Please be careful! There are still a large number of sellers online selling fake gift cards from yourrewardcard.com!
There are at least 3 fraudulent websites operated by this company: runa.io, vcdelivery.com, yourrewardcard.com .

SYWR redemption scam

Shop Your Way uses this and two merchants I’ve used their card at before now dont accept it. They told me to try it at another merchant—no effing merchant will take it.

SYWR better change from this company. Scammers

Update: Amazon reload took it. I did it as a last resort because this company charges monthly fees. But even Amazon limits use of these cards.

Horrible

Horrible. Needs to be shut down immediately. Any business that uses this platform for payment or gift cards I will no longer support. Swiped my card for 2 dollars, it was marked as fraud now they aren’t trying to give me my funds. Insane. Will be reporting to the BBB also.

Solution to Yourrewardcard.com

Listen up folks, I’ve found the loophole around it. They are not a full on scam company but what they do is 0% ethical. The second you get the virtual card, remember to take screenshots and add it to your apple pay. Now the card is not ready to use, the website is absolute BS so don’t even try using any numbers there. Rather call this phone, type the card info 3 times cuz these guys apparently invalidate it on the system to scare you off, then hit 0 after it says “Customer support”:
+1 (844) 244-9758
This phone number is also located at the back of your card, I usually have to spend 15 mins just to get the card balance but of course Never again.

I got this card through Delta as a $800 compensation for a flight, found out that their website is extremely unresponsive. I called every phone number on the website and they were trying to misguide me into forgetting about it for the 6 months until expiry. The way these guys scam you is literally hoping you don’t use the balance so they get to keep it. USE YOUR MONEY FOLKS, trust me it’s totally not better off in these Indian scammers pockets! It’s good for purchases at any POS so after you’ve called and activated your card, keep a track on a small notebook as your Apple Pay would only show you the transactions every 24 hours… And if you’re planning on getting this, just use your points at Target, Sephora or literally anywhere else.. trust me the peace of not dealing with these scammy people is an absolute blessing..
