I bought a car through Zuto in Your Next Car around 2-3 weeks ago, Seat Ibiza 2016 BN66 YSM.

At first I am pleased with the car although small problems came up which is fine. I can deal with them however as time goes, more problems just arises. I will list it down.

1. Key- no battery, bought a battery. Ok thats fine.
2. One light isnt working on the plate. Which is fine.
3. Rear tyres both 1.2 mm thread depth, had to change. The fact that the car had MOT this year last August, how come they will pass it with that 1.2 mm. Also why the dealer would send the car to me without checking it first? The dealer said, they will refund the cost. Ok good. Sorted.
4. Boot not opening. Had to take to garage. They lubricated it. It is opening now however there is a missing piece of the latch, that piece I can click it or screw driver it if when the boot isnt opening. Basically, its an alternative to open the boot if its stucked. Garage said, it wont last long and it needs changing. Dealer already informed and they will refund the cost. But what about the replacement of the latch?
5. Passengers seat dont have a headrest.
6. Parcel shelf none.

I am not happy with the car, the boot's liner was obviously burned by something, liquid, or whatever so thats needs changing. Probably the reason why there was no photo of the boot and the inside when they advertised. I would have not chosen the car.

It has taken my time really. First week, had to change the tyre. Second week, the boot isnt opening. Like what else to come up? Emailed Zuto- no reply. Rang zuto, they contacted the dealer, dealer said they will sort it ou. I have emailed the dealer, messaged their contact number and rang them everyday and until no refund of the cost I have spent on the car, no feedback at all.

This is the second car I have bought from YNC. I cannot recommend them enough. The attention to detail in making these used cars feel brand new is mind blowing. Having to use the word “used” feels a bit insulting 🤣 I won’t buy another BMW from anywhere else. Amazing looking cars, incredible service at all hours of the day they are happy to reply to messages. Just brilliant

Well what can I say. YNC.. An amazing place to purchase your car from. From the day I went to view up-till now 10 months later of having the car I can’t fault the customer service received.. I wasn’t keen on the model of BMW I bought prior to seeing this at YNC, they sure know how to make cars look good.. Mine is for sure a head turner.. Immaculate and beautiful inside out.. Definitely would recommend this place for the cars and the customer service..Waseem... a great guy can’t fault the service he provides at all. I had a minor fault after soo long and he dealt with it without hesitation, didn’t need to after soo long but professionally via dealers managed it all and paid for it.. I mean no one does this after soo long.. That’s the excellent type of service they provide.. can’t fault them at all.. If I repurchase it sure will be from these guys.. Once again Thanks Waseem..

Went to check out a BMW 3 series and immediately the guy was rude to us, on the phone whilst talking to us. Lied about a car claiming to have new brakes but were just old rusted ones poorly spray painted blue. Then tried to lie about someone paying a deposit on the car to get me to buy it. The car also had its reg changed to hide the fact it had an outstanding manufacturer recall which they hadn't sorted even though it's free to fix. I know this review won't stop people going here so if you do as an avid car person please do as much research on your car as possible!

Travelled to see the car, I wasn't pressured, hassled or made to feel uncomfortable was helped and allowed to take as much time as i needed my daughter is so happy with her car I can't thank them enough.

Absolutely 100% impressed with YNC. I purchased a BMW 330e MPerfomance, looks mint and the service was excellent. I drove 2 1/2 hours to get the car and was not disappointed. After a week the car came up with a minor fault (turned out to be a spark plug issue) YNC were brilliant in getting this sorted, literally took it to a main dealer near me who fixed it and YNC paid the money in my account that day. Absolutely top notch dealer, I'll definitely be going back when I upgrade my car and will be recommending them to anyone I know who is after something a bit more special than your average BMW.

genuine people honest and too the point treated me as an appreciated customer even though the deal didn’t go through in the end due to issues with my part exchanged, I will definitely buy a car from these in the future

Just brought my BMW from the garage in Nottingham. Staff was helpful and no pressure to buy. I test drove the car and had the car by 2pm. All cars are amazing. I will be going back there for another car. Great garage, definitely recommend
