Very disappointing experience with this seller. I bought a Renault Captur that Rayhan presented as well maintained and in good condition. The sale felt rushed, no proper independent inspection... See more

Bought a 330e which was great spec

Bought a 330e which was great spec, these guys were not pushy, very friendly, unfortunately didn't have the 2nd key. Waseem said if they couldn't find it in 2 weeks, they would pay for a new one and he was as good as his word. Would definitely use these guys again for my next motor.

It is rare that I write reviews...

It is rare that I write reviews, but I have now owned my BMW 330e that I bought from YNC for two years, and I am still happy with the car. There was no pressure selling, no urgency, and the car was clean and valeted when I got there to pick it up.

Yes, I did go for one with the silly aftermarket body kit and 20" alloys - but this was the reason I wanted it! It remains a head-turner wherever I go, even if they are not OEM parts.

The only issues I had - the "flashing" rear brake light in the centre of the bumper, this is - despite what they tried to tell me - not road legal. Fortunately I was able to disconnect it, they had wired it through a neat junction box into the right rear brakes, it took just 10 minutes of YouTube to sort that. Also the car had a windscreen chip in the drivers view, but it has gone through two MOT since with no issue so it must be small - the salesman knocked off £75 from the price for this. Finally the charging cable doesn't work, but this was not expensive to source.

I didn't need to get back in touch with YNC at all after my purchase. The car has now done 26,000 miles with me in it, all good - touch wood!

The cheap tyres they put on weren't much fun at higher speeds on the Autobahn, and so I replaced with Michelins - but at £280 a corner these 20" wheels don't run cheap.

Other than a replacement water pump, all I have needed in the last two years is normal wear and tear sundries. I haven't even needed new brakes!

And, best of all, looking on AutoTrader today, the car is worth more than my outstanding loan, so I am still quids in. I would come back to YNC again.

(By the way, this was bought in 2023 but for some reason it has posted this review as 2024)

From Friendly to Foul-Mouthed in Three Months

At first, Your Next Car were friendly and easy to deal with when I purchased a VW Polo. Given the value of the car, I expected it to have been properly checked and ready for the road.

They claimed it had undergone a PDI, but when I took it to an approved VW garage, their report listed multiple faults – including wheel bearings I had already raised with them. The same report also flagged: brake pads fitted to worn discs, a distorted wheel, wishbone bushes fallen out, and a split centre exhaust sleeve.

Repairs were eventually arranged through a third-party garage, but they refused to fix the brakes and one of the front bearings also listed on the report. After almost three months of back and forth – and having to involve my finance company – the work was finally completed. This drawn-out process also cost me three days’ holiday from work.

To make matters worse, their follow-up to my review included personal details that I believe breached data protection (reported to the ICO). I also received a phone call from a staff member named Waseem in which foul language was used, and attempts were made to make me feel irrelevant – but it didn’t work. My solicitor has advised me that Your Next Car mishandled the situation from the start.

I regret buying from them and would not recommend.

Hello Again L*k*e, we fully appreciate that buying a used car can come with concerns, and we did everything we could to resolve yours. You were offered a full refund at an early stage, which you declined. Instead, you continued to request additional repairs that we believe were unrealistic for a 10-year-old used vehicle purchased for £6,491.

The VW Polo supplied to you was MOT-tested, roadworthy, and fit for use at the time of sale. While we agreed to arrange certain repairs as a goodwill gesture, not all items you raised were required or covered under your warranty.

We strongly refute your claims regarding any data protection breach or inappropriate conduct. We have acted in accordance with the law and our obligations as a used car retailer, and we are confident in our position should this matter be taken further.

Our company turns over £15 million annually and we do not shy away from resolving genuine issues — I will still honour that refund offer today. My direct dial 07875146263.

Really helpful and friendly service

Really helpful and friendly service, they kept a car on reserve for me and completed all the transfer of cherished plates as well. The car was superb and really competitive price with a great part exchange offer. They have a great range of stock, especially if you love BMW. Fantastic company to do a deal with.

Bought a Car from YNC just over a year…

Bought a Car from YNC just over a year ago, From the outset they were excellent, I travelled there by train and ended up at the wrong garage (they have 2 locations) They kindly drove me to the correct one without me even asking. I bought a very well priced M2, and have not looked back, love the car, it hasnt missed a beat just MOT'd it and sailed though not a single issue. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I will definatley buy another car from them.

Perfect, Quick, Easy

Came to pick up a reserved car, and was given more than enough time to have a look around at the other cars on selection and made me and my dad feel very welcome. Nice little test drive around the area, and a very quick transaction once I confirmed to have the car.
Would highly, highly recommend to anyone in the market for a BMW, with a little more.

Dream car purchase come true

Purchasing my new car was an absolute dream come true! The entire process was incredibly smooth, with a team that was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. From start to finish, they made everything effortless and stress-free. As for the car itself, It completely blew me away with its performance, looks, and attention to detail.
You just don’t see these BMW’s look like this anywhere else in the UK, the body kit very unique! We drove all the way from Swansea and it was truly worth it! The overall service was fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Highly recommended!

Very fast and good communication for starters which is really important for me,….

travelled from the Isle of Wight and had a great experience with the team On a stunning 1 series with just 20k miles on!

Would be interested to use YNC again, Rehan was training and doing great, showing keen interest in the job and very polite to deal with. Shadowed by someone with more experience as he learns.

Everyone I dealt with on site tried their best to help any situation or question I had with the car

I bought a car through Zuto in Your…

I bought a car through Zuto in Your Next Car around 2-3 weeks ago, Seat Ibiza 2016 BN66 YSM.

At first I am pleased with the car although small problems came up which is fine. I can deal with them however as time goes, more problems just arises. I will list it down.

1. Key- no battery, bought a battery. Ok thats fine.
2. One light isnt working on the plate. Which is fine.
3. Rear tyres both 1.2 mm thread depth, had to change. The fact that the car had MOT this year last August, how come they will pass it with that 1.2 mm. Also why the dealer would send the car to me without checking it first? The dealer said, they will refund the cost. Ok good. Sorted.
4. Boot not opening. Had to take to garage. They lubricated it. It is opening now however there is a missing piece of the latch, that piece I can click it or screw driver it if when the boot isnt opening. Basically, its an alternative to open the boot if its stucked. Garage said, it wont last long and it needs changing. Dealer already informed and they will refund the cost. But what about the replacement of the latch?
5. Passengers seat dont have a headrest.
6. Parcel shelf none.

I am not happy with the car, the boot's liner was obviously burned by something, liquid, or whatever so thats needs changing. Probably the reason why there was no photo of the boot and the inside when they advertised. I would have not chosen the car.

It has taken my time really. First week, had to change the tyre. Second week, the boot isnt opening. Like what else to come up? Emailed Zuto- no reply. Rang zuto, they contacted the dealer, dealer said they will sort it ou. I have emailed the dealer, messaged their contact number and rang them everyday and until no refund of the cost I have spent on the car, no feedback at all.

Hi Tiffany this review has been left on the incorrect page, we have never sold a seat Ibiza let alone through zuto. Please recheck your invoice. There is a similar name garage based in middlesex. We are a BMW specialist based in Nottingham.

If you can prove this was sold by us I will personally arrange for the car to be collected and a full refund issued. My direct dial below
