Absutely amazing service. I received many updates from the company advising of progress to my order. They managed to get all items earlier than advised and the delivery guy was lovely and helpful. The furniture was excellent quality anc well packaged. Couldn't be happier x

Like previous customers I was wary of buying online without seeing the furniture 'in the flesh'. However I felt confident after reading the small print that there wouldn't be a problem if I needed to return it.
We were told that if the delivery slot wasn't suitable we could swap, this in fact wasn't true (a separate delivery company) however they were very accommodating and would deliver to a neighbour within a certain distance so there weren't any problems (as it was our neighbour let them in so they could deliver to our house).
The furniture was packed superbly, looking after all corners with extra protection.
The furniture in itself surpassed out expectations, it really is beautiful and I will definitely order again.

Purchased the unit as it matched our other furniture. Found this company offered the best price. Bought one originally and the transaction went really smooth from ordering to delivery with useful item tracking. Was so impressed we bought another. Just wished we'd ordered both together and saved on postage.

The furniture itself is lovely and am very happy with it, but one of the wardrobes was sent with a door missing. The door was sent promptly but the hinges did not match up with the existing screw holes in the frame so it was a pain fitting. Also the double wardrobes were described as being fully assembled but they were only partly assembled; although this did not bother me too much it was annoying and definitely needed two people to assemble.

Delighted with the furniture I ordered. Delivered on the date stated by two helpful deliverymen.

Ordering process good, price good, delivery good. Products good but have a couple of defects - table had to be altered as mounting for leg was poorly fixed and sideboard has a slight split on the inside of one of the doors.

Before purchasing the "Casa Walnut Range" I asked the salesperson if it was solid walnut. I was told it was solid beechwood stained walnut. I decided that this was ok and ordered the desk, bedside table and drawer set. When I received the furniture I discovered that all the drawer insides were actually some form of MDF with hardboard bases. However the furniture is beautiful so I have kept it but I just wonder how long the drawers will last. The site claimed the drawers were £900 reduced to £450 so it is not unreasonable to believe that the actual drawers would be solid too. Therefore , I thought the sales person had misled me, as I had specifically asked the question and there were no photos on the site showing these. I did contact the company and asked for the manager to call me back which they did not.

Once I spoke to a person who knew what they were talking about !!!! , excellent, very good value for money.

We ordered an oak sideboard from the Cambridge oak range which we are very happy with. The delivery company gave us a suitable time slot and then kept to their promise. When we open the box it was well packaged and protected. The sideboard appears very good quality and we would be happy to vouch for this company’s services.

Being in Edinburgh we were a little worried about buying from a company in Bristol and over the internet but our worries have been totally dispelled.
