Couldnt fault the ordering delivery and quality of the products from the Shrewood range that i bought.....one bit!

Purchased two of these tables at fraction of cost that a high street store was after. Like other reviews mentioned, kept 100% informed of when to expect your order. I'm delighted with them and would happily recommend.

was excited to buy my new wardrobe and as stated small assembly, which was what I required as a working single parent.
In fact the wardrobe was complete assembly required as it arrived in two flat packs took about 4 hours to assemble
did not receive the 5% discount and had to ask for this
so this time not a very good experiance

Bad service, poor quality products, disgusting attitude towards customer, unacceptable delivery timescales with no explanation or knowledge of where your order is, tried to palm me off with a damaged unit that quite obviously had already been returned once already, insincere appologies are all you get and extremely rude email's. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY is my advise

I ordered the oak cube on Thursday. It was dispatched within a few days (at no cost), arrived promptly and looks great. Very happy with the product and the service.

I received my stool extremely quickly and the quality of the wood is excellent. It was extremely easy to put together and absolutely no damage in transit. I would highly recommend this company to anyone as the price and quality are excellent.

Delivered very swiftly, was able to track item and it was well packaged.
What more could you want !

I ordered from Northern Ireland and it was courier delivered, need a little focus on communication for special deliveries as I had to chase for 3 weeks as to when it would arrive but responsibility was with courier. The furniture itself was delivered packaged, beautifully finished on the outside and looks great, my only comment about the furniture is that the base of the drawers seems flimsy in comparison to the surrounds and I'm hoping it doesn't sag over time with use other than that pleased with my bedroom furniture

One of the four items I ordered arrived damaged.
I phoned the company and they sent me a link to fill in an online form.
Within 4 days the damaged drawers were collected and replaced with a new shiny set.
The furniture is heavy, solid and good looking, im pretty sure I will order from them again.

The product was as advertised and the delivery service was very good with plenty of information beforehand.

Should be described as Oak veneer and inside shelves are a melamine finish - small doors may be solid oak. Consequently relatively expensive for chip-board.
That said. Delivery was timely and as advised.
Unit fixtures are of decent quality
Looks good when made up - instructions clear enough.
Good size for our requirements - wanted something thinner to be consistent with flat screen TV - most other units are far too deep.

The blanket box arrived well packaged and in immaculate condition. Lovely addition to our home. My only criticism was that I had a long wait, about a month. However it was worth it.

We have always been a bit cautious about buying certain items on line, but I have to say, the experience was first class, from keeping us updated about delivery time, to the quality of product, and very competative, we would not hesitate to use again, and probably will in the future

Have used this company twice now. Their customer service is excellent. I made a mistake with my first online order and emailed them to explain my error. It was immediately resolved and the correct items were delivered, and the correct payment was taken.
I know I am rating the retailer, but for anyone reading this review I purchased from the Brooklyn Contemporary range - absolutely stunning pieces of furniture which will last a lifetime.
