Promotion pricing issues
I appreciated the cost effectiveness and the range of products available on their website. Delivery was less than a week so I was happy with that also. One thing I did find a bit cheeky though was that the website had a promotion on; buy 4 items and pick a free 5th item from the list, I went with an aluminium cup. This promotion was pretty harmless until I saw the price breakdown. What the website does is it charges you for each of the 5 items at their full price and then distributes a discount of the value of the 5th item, spread across all 5 items, so on paper all 5 items are at a discounted price. This would not have been an issue if the order went perfectly, unfortunately one of the 4 items I purchased was cancelled last minute by Coca-Cola with no explanation. I can only assume there was some issue with the product. Coca-Cola stated in an email that I would get a refund for that item. Unfortunately what was not considered was that because the discount for the 5th item was spread over all 5 items I only got a discounted refund of the item which was cancelled. This resulted in me paying for the 5th item instead of receiving it for free, and that actually worked out more expensive than if I had just ordered the 4 items without the promotion. Overall I’m down a couple of pounds because of this, which although it didn’t break the bank, I still find the format that they run these promotions to be a bit unfair.

Customer service is too rigid
There was no indication/information given that 75% of the order would infact be fully recyclable,but also too rigid about customers requests,the delivery was within the quoted time but I'd still rather return to epiceriecorner.co.uk as they were accommodating

Terrible Delivery.
My order was broken up into 3 separate deliveries, they're using Royal Mail so all I get is a 5hr delivery window.
So no live tracking, 3 different deliveries, 3 different days.
Will not be buying from them any more while they use Royal Mail's inept service.

Missing delivery, Closed account!

Contacted them regarding a failed delivery, it was wrongly marked as delivered. That is not the case as I have not yet received anything.
After waiting two days I am notified that they refuse to fix this and they have closed my account.
The worst customer service I have experienced to this date, I am appalled with “yourcola” and am contemplating contacting my bank to reverse the charge for this.
