Excellent Customer Service
I recently ordered a Silver Anniversary rose for a friend. Unfortunately when it arrived it wasn't in the best condition, with no flowers or buds. I emailed the Company, they responded very quickly and sent out a replacement. Excellent customer service, thank you!

Good quality & service.
Have bought a number of plants from YouGarden recently and they have mostly arrived well packaged and in good condition. The latest purchase sadly arrived wilting and did not survive but YouGarden replaced it promptly with a thriving plant.

What went wrong was I waited 3 weeks for a order to be delivered and they never arrived they was hanging baskets aswell, they never contacted me to let me know,I spent an absolute fortune with them since May,poor customer service on there part.

I received plants in multiple packages
I received plants in multiple packages. Always at least 4-5 of the plants havent survived.
Just recently I received 24 perennial plug plants but 5 of them had perushed during the journey.
They were dry (middle plants).

I shop with yougarden frequently overall they are very good a few delivery mistakes ,but quickly put right .my only bug bear is after purchasing a special offer they put on another offer and each time charge postage which makes the offer not so much an offer .

OK but some plants squashed in packaging
About half of the plants were great, the other half not so much. A combination of being squeezed into packaging that had then cut of parts of the plans, plus delivery being delayed for a few days as the courier didn't deliver at the weekend.
The price was good, so I won't complain. Just wish the trays had been slightly bigger so the plants had arrived in better condition.
