Harold was amazing

Harold was amazing, polite, professional and very helpful.
Thanks to him and youcompare and his research we have switched and will now be saving up to 40% on our usage rates.
Harold was very patient and returned calls on time as promised. I would like to thank him and hope that he sets the tone of the call centre staff with his professionalism and patience.
