Customer Service Is Non-existent

I tried contacting their customer service because I had a few questions but their customer service is non-existent. Nobody is ever there at their Live Chat, Instagram messages and emails were also ignored.

EDIT: I've only gotten a response after a week. My problem still wasn't solved and I suspect that I will need to wait another week for a reply. They really to improve their customer service.

Do not purchase from Yolke … no dress…

Do not purchase from Yolke … no dress has arrived, no refund !!!? Zero customer service no response to my emails, insta messages, chat and when you phone them the phone rings then they answer and put the phone down.

Great service!

Great service! I recently bought a beautiful two piece outfit from Yolke to wear to my brother's wedding. It is gorgeous and I would describe the customer service as exceptional. I was helped with sizing and colour decisions and couldn't be happier with the product, packaging and seamless delivery. Shall definitely be purchasing again.

Gorgeous!!

I got a dress for my wife recently, and she’s over the moon with it. It looks gorgeous and is of great quality, nicely made. The service was very good too—quick delivery, nicely wrapped, everything. Will definitely buy again from Yolke!

Beware

Beware, they do not refund postage costs AND you have to pay for returns yourself. Since what I ordered doesn't match the pictures I am particularly annoyed.

Lovely dress, awful customer service

I bought a dress from Yolke online via PayPal Pay in 3. The dress came in beautiful packaging and arrived in good time but wasn't quite right for me. I returned the dress adhering to the returns policy (which included paying £8 for tracked recorded delivery). Meanwhile, 2 of the 3 installments were taken from my bank. Yolke agreed to process the refund, however, their refunds have failed to materialise in my paypal account twice now and their customer service team are not responding to my emails!! So i'm now out of pocket for over £100.
