This company took my order and then informed me the next day they were out of stock. They then took so long to respond to me that I had arranged an alternative this by the time I heard back. It has been two months and I still haven't had my money back. Do not trust this business.

Terrible customer service, have sent several emails regarding an update on a refund that was meant to be issued to me because I bought an item that they in fact did not have in stock. Still waiting for my refund and a reply back.

I had to cancel this order and money refunded in full very quickly.

I recently purchased an outfit for my friends wedding, I wanted something indo-western and the outfit was perfect.
Amazing variety of clothes and good customer service. Will definitely be purchasing again.

Horrible customer service I got my items late, one item was out of stock and I was only notified days after I placed the order. I requested a return after finally getting my items and I still haven’t heard back from anyone. Will literally never buy from this company again, not to mention I ordered two diff sizes of the same blouse and they’re essentially the same size.

1. I ordered a crop top 10/7.
2. Received it on 17/7, opened the packaging and they’d sent me the wrong item.
3. Requested a refund through their automated system on the same day (17/7).
4. It took them nearly a week for them to respond (with a series of questions).
5. Sent me a return label on two different emails … so confusing!
6. To date (28/8), I still haven’t received my refund!

I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THE COMPANY AGAIN AND SUGGEST NEITHER DO YOU. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING.

Had to chase to be able to actually return the items, finally had a response as to how to return them but they’ve now had my returned items for over 10 days and haven’t even sent me confirmation that they’ve got them and will refund me. Honestly avoid this company at all costs, I don’t know how they’re managing to run a business when they ignore emails and social media messages from customers to whom they actually owe money.

There was an initial shipping delay (I'm in the US) but I contacted the team a couple times and eventually got a new tracking number. The skirt arrived and is beautiful! I would probably recommend ordering well in advance of when you need your product if you live in the us, and be proactive in reaching out to the team. Great quality color and adjustable fit, on the piece, just what I wanted for my wedding reception.

I ordered a size too small but the quality of the stitching/the zip finishing wasn’t great. For the price point I’d expect it to be finished better. There is also a ribbon around the garment to deter people from wearing it and returning it, which is fine, however the placement and the length of it made it near impossible to put the top on. If the ribbon was longer it would give more room for someone to actually get the garment on. I would have swapped for the next size up if the quality was better as it looked pretty but I couldn’t justify the price for quality.
