I ordered like 2 weeks ago and of course it take so long, but the worst part is they did not even update the tracking stuff so that’s when I felt like it was a scam cause whenever I track my order it was it was not updated.

I recently ordered skincare products from YesStyle and had a really good experience. The products felt authentic, well-packaged, and suited my skin well. I especially liked the Korean skincare range and the affordable prices. Delivery took some time, but everything arrived safely. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and would order again.

This website sent me an email saying I had placed an order. I had years ago, but nothing recently. I logged in in and a woman from the East Coast (I'm in Washington State) had placed an order. The card she used wasn't mine. I immediately contacted the company and they responded via email that they understood. A month and a half later, they started emailing saying that I needed to stop the chargeback. I wrote back, explaining the situation, it wasn't me, wasn't sent to me and and it wasn't my card. For two months, they harassed me about this chargeback. I explained over and over again.

Two weeks ago, I placed an order and they held it citing my previous chargeback. I'm back at step one trying to explain.

I used an alternate email, placed another order. Hoping this one goes through. Great prices, but their customer service is anything but customer service.
