Shorter shelf life face products I received
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent order of 2 pieces of Anua – Matt But Glow Cover Beige SPF50+, which I received in mid-May 2026.
I was surprised and concerned to find that both items have an expiry date of March 2027, leaving less than one year of shelf life remaining upon delivery. As skincare and cosmetic products are generally expected to have a much longer usable period from the date of purchase, this situation is very unsatisfactory, especially considering I purchased two pieces with the intention of using them over time.
Your customer service informed me that the products are “freshly sourced from reputable suppliers.” However, products with such a short remaining shelf life do not reasonably align with customers’ expectations of freshly sourced items. Normally, these products have an approximate shelf life of three years from the manufacturing date, which makes receiving items with less than a year remaining particularly disappointing.
What further frustrates me is that my request for a replacement was refused, and I was instead advised to return the products as “unwanted items” at my own shipping expense. I would like to emphasize that this is not a case of changing my mind about the purchase. I specifically wanted these products, otherwise I would not have ordered them in the first place. The issue is the unusually short shelf life of the items received, which makes me uncomfortable keeping them, especially since I purchased two units.
It is particularly unfair is that although the issue arose from the short shelf life of the products received, no replacement was offered, and I was advised to return the items at my own shipping expense. This places the burden and additional cost entirely on the customer despite the products received not meeting reasonable expectations in terms of remaining usability period.
Furthermore, I have already spent considerable time and effort contacting customer service multiple times regarding this matter, which has caused unnecessary inconvenience.
I am also concerned about placing future orders with YesStyle if there is a possibility of encountering the same issue again. As a customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect products with an adequate remaining shelf life, especially for skincare and cosmetic items purchased in multiple quantities. This experience has unfortunately affected my confidence in ordering products from YesStyle in the future.

It's been 4 weeks since i paid and still has not shipped. They only issue refund in store credit. Their delivery shipment website does not retrieve my tracking number. Their website for refunds is broken.
I will never shop here again. I will rather pay more to go somewhere else that is reliable. I hate Yesstyle, i will never shop with them again it's an extremely stressful experience as a customer. No other online store compared with how bad this was.
