Very easy

This is the second time time I have ordered from another country. This experience was wonderful. Very easy, they let me know where my parcel was and I actually received it earlier than expected. I will order again through this company

Reliable, High Quality, and Authentic.

Super reliable with very clear shipping details, high product quality, and authentic selection. I've never had a problem with YesStyle or the shipping carriers they've used for my orders. I have been placing orders for a few years now, for context.

NO, do not order at Yes Style

NO, do NOT order at Yes Style. Prices are low. But what happened to me: my order never arrived. In Order Status it says it was delivered, but there is no signature, no name or no proof who received it. When I tried to reach out to Yes Style customer support, they either were not replying or were giving me chinese tel number of delivery company and tell to investigate myself. 💀
So if you don't want to loose your money, do not order at Yes Style 💀
Update: still in contact with Yes Style customer support. Will add information here as soon as there are any news, so you can decide how good is customer experience

Great

Today I received my order and I try the lavender steam eye mask. It was great my eyes felt very rested and the smell of the lavender made me take a nap.

Extremely frustrating delivery…

Extremely frustrating delivery experience. I placed an order with YesStyle and provided my residential address for home delivery. However, my parcel was sent to a collection location 30min away from me and marked as “ready for pick up” without any delivery attempt to my address.

I contacted DAI Post and was told they could only request redelivery, and that if the request was not approved, the parcel would be returned to the seller. This makes absolutely no sense. I paid for an order to be delivered to my address, so why am I being forced to travel to another suburb to collect it or risk having my parcel returned?

What makes this even more frustrating is that I cannot simply call YesStyle customer service to resolve the issue directly. As the retailer, YesStyle chose the shipping and logistics service for my order, and customers should not have to chase third-party couriers or travel to a warehouse/pickup location because the parcel was not delivered as addressed.

Completely unacceptable and an enormous waste of my time.

One star. YesStyle seriously needs to reconsider its Australian delivery partners and provide accessible customer service when delivery problems occur.
