Order never received and no refund
Placed an order back in June, it never arrived. When you go to the website and try to find any contact information to get in touch with them, it asks for your account password (which I find a bit odd), but after inputting the password the website times out and it asks for your password again. So you never actually get any contact info, so I’m not even able to ask for my 30£ back.
Strong one star, definitely not buying from them again.

I didn't even receive the product
I didn't even receive the product. All I got was a refund saying that it was no longer in stock when I've been waiting nearly a week for the product.

Excellent product and service
I recently ordered CBD oil from this company and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. The delivery was prompt, the product itself is top quality, and it’s already making a real difference. Cannot fault this company and their…
Cannot fault this company and their interaction with me, especially after I received an email from Evri stating "we're sorry but your item has been damaged beyond repair in transit".... I contacted The British CBD Company over the weekend and by the next Tuesday the iss was resolved and a replacement product received. I also received a phone call to discuss the product I'd ordered as the lady suggested a better product as replacement. Really fantastic service and I've already recommended them to numerous people at the gym, work, friends and family 👌

I found the site slightly confusing, especially for a first time customer such as myself.
Also, the description of the products and their uses could be clearer and the quantity contained.
