Good but cost little high

Initial Case from my side was:

They are not professionals, I had taken the service 2 years back they had replaced my I-Phone screen and that was not working again they had taken back the i-phone and again they had taken 10 days to deliver the phone. I was shocked at the time. 2nd time also the display was not working but as I was in urgent need to go out of station, that case was not solved, later I had sell my phone due to the issue.

Now 10 days before my phone vivo v 15 pro front camera was not working, I thought I should take the advice with yantra may be they have changed. my phone was picked up 8th Dec-19 and they have asked for 2-3 days for repairing, I asked them to to this on urgent basis as you can understand there is no other phone so i can give this for 2-3 days. but I had called them on 10th evening and they told me it will take one more day, I was wating for the same and I called them on 11th evening as my phone was not delivered. again they told me that this is in-process and we will give update tomorrow, I asked them for call back but they didn't. because of this I purchased a new phone for my wife, I called yantra again on 12th and again they asked 2 days and also to callback arrangment, I waited again for 2 days for their call but they didn't. I called them just 10 min back today and they are asking again for 2-days to update the status. I have oly customer care no. where they only provide the status nothing else and said what we can do sir, as this is not under our team, we just can update the status.
I am still waiting to know the status of my phone as after 8 days that is still under repairing, I am totally upset what I have to do, because if they will say again that my phone can't be repairing and again I have to spent money and time. they have not sny value to customer and their money. if anyone is having the contact no. of any upper level please provide me..

I received call from trustpilot.com and they have taken it as urgent, after their initiative, I got the call from Yaantra and the contact person was Rakesh Sharma. He gave the little bit excuses like why they have taken time but overall effort from his was good and I got my mobile after spend Rs. 2800 (300-service charge and 2500 cost of front camera which Service centre told me 1850), yes I have spent Rs. 950 extra due to Yantra, but now I am happy as my phone is with me. so for Yantra my view will not change so overall 3 Star for this is good.

Id: 271848, Fraud company guys, I got cheated being said that MI Y1 Original display price as 2000/-. After pick up they call and say crome is also damaged. I said okay fine no problem and they were charging me 2500/-. The I bargained and they told me 2400/-, then I said I had already paid 100/- while pick up. So I can only pay 2300/-. Then they keep me waiting for almost 12 days due to unavailability of part. The comes the shocking part, what they deliver me was local display with constant brightness and poor quality even after being said that they are providing original MI display at 2000/-. And now they are saying original display is 2800/-. Guys they will ruin you by revolving you so many times with different prices.

Gud service and on time service

Very bad service. They mislead you and give you false promises so that you take their services. And then when the time comes, do not keep up their word.

Very honest in their follow up and extremely prompt and polite executives . I have said it earlier and i will say it again .

Worst experience, ID Number-271178, They are just cheating, I given my Mi Y2 phone, my phone's just auto delete Photo& Video, Some Hanging issues. Their customer care called me before collect the phone & said it will cost only 99/- (Minimum cost), and there will no need to replace any part as the body of your phone, we will repair it for 99 rs only. now i got call from yaantra, now they asked me to pay Rs. 580/- to change phone's Flash-IC. If you say not changing any part of mobile when they pick-up my phone.they are asking me to replace Flash-IC. They have just made the fraud of customers. Yaantra is fraud company, i will never visit again to yaantra and never recommend to yaantra to anyone.I know in further his competitors will come as soon

Don't deal with Yaantra. Absolutely unreliable. I booked for my iPad repair after. healthy assurance that it will be repaired in 2 days' time. they didn't even make a single call to update the status and after 2 days when I get in touch with them, they had no clue about the status. Even after several calls to them they didn't give any status. and Suddenly after another 2 days, they returned it without any information on repair or the status of the iPad. Very unprofessional and pathetic attitude. From 24th Nov'19 till 29th Nov'19 they had my device and didn't bother to reply on the status and publish & portray themselves as best in the Industry. I'm sure its a false claim that they are Authorised from Apple Inc.

Service is fast and does great job. Mr.Somsekhar was very cooperative with me and got the job done at the ealiest. Also the technician Mr.Rayees was polite and friendly. Overall experience was good. I would definetly recommend yaantra for mobile services.
