Absolutely excellent service

I received information about the product when I asked , which as technical gadgets have so many technical words and complex instructions, proves extremely useful.As refurbished, getting information is usually less available; but NOT with this company..product arrived on time, but I haven't used the product much for electricity financial reasons as I bought it for when I can't hear my streaming on ipad- which is usually when the environment I live in has music speakers outside etc..but I'm hoping it maintains well ..

The soundbar was bought as a gift so won't know about long term use, but it arrived quickly and performed very well on first set up. Very happy with the value.

Ordered a refurbished Majority Bowfell soundbar to use with my sons computer. It was delivered quite quickly and arrived in excellent condition.

I was very impressed with the communication, delivery time and condition of the soundbar. TBH. It looked almost as good as new.

I ordered another Majority Bowfell soundbar to use with my own computer and this one also looks as good as new.

Minor gripe out of the way first - the delivery cost is for next day and they state that orders before 3pm will likely be shipped the same day. I understand that this is not a guarantee and my order was quite close to 3pm, but to their credit they did indeed ship out the very next day. I would advise the statement be changed to 2pm. That way they could under promise and over deliver, instead. So if I ordered after 2pm and it wasn't sent out, I would not have thought any more about it, but if it was sent out I'd have been very impressed.
The delivery of a 5.1 soundbar system wasn't urgent so it's a minor niggle, anyway... The important thing is it arrived quickly and it was superb.
This was a refurbished unit at less than half the price of the brand new equivalent. It stated cosmetic damage but on opening my first thought was, "What cosmetic damage ?!"
I would have sworn it was brand new!
All in perfect working order, wrapped up immaculately.
I can't recommend this company enough! Fantastic in every way!
