My dress had a stitching problem
My dress had a stitching problem, the thread was not even and it unraveled through the dress. They didn't refund me my money nor ask to have the dress returned. It was there problem. They offered me $40.00 off on my next purchase. Now I'm stuck with a dress that is slightly defective in the stitching. The dress was nice although it was a little big by the breast area. I give it a *** for the poor return policy. 😢

Do not purchase anything from this compay . They are scammers I order three items and it took 30 days to receive 2 of the items. when I received the two items one was not what I ordered. Then I was told that they did not have the item and so sent they something a item that was not my taste. Which they should have told me the item is no longer available. But instead they took my money. I have yet to received my third item. so I requested for a refund. I have not received any funds or the third item.

Xpluswear is a fraudulent company. This company sent me clothes that doesn't look like website pictures. I ordered four outfits. This company sent me three outfits. I didn't like them. I asked for a refund immediately and shipped clothes back to them. I asked them for a refund for all four outfits. They only refunded one outfits. I have been waiting for 2 months for them to refund me for the other three outfits. Im waiting 170.00 to be refunded. I thought them i will file a police report for fraud and warn everyone about their company. After I left this review I was received my full refund July 17 2026.

I ordered with Xpluswear and went back and cancelled my order. They sent me a tracking saying my order been shipped which it was in the same location for a week. I been asking them to send my refund almost a month now and still have received anything. Then they tried to offer me a coupon for $10 for my next order. Now why would they think that I would ever order from them again after the fake and fraudulent things going on. Just send me my refund but I will call my bank and tell them that I need refund. I am sending all text messages and Write FTC as well. So you'll are telling a lie about shipping. I been watching the tracking then no use for it with the time also just let people know where your products are coming from with the fake advertisement.

This company is extremely dishonest. I attempted to purchase an item, 3mths later, it still hadn't arrived. I contacted them through support and the gave me the run around. The immediately emailed me stating that it was out for delivery. Three days pasted and nothing arrived. I had to contact PayPal to force them to give me a refund.. This is not a Company to trust.

What I received was very disappointing
I have ordered from Xpluswear several times over the years. While there were always some issues—cheap fabrics on certain items and long shipping delays—I chose not to complain. Unfortunately, instead of improving, the quality has gotten worse.
My most recent order was unacceptable. What I received was not what was advertised. I specifically ordered this outfit because of the elegant transparent organza sleeves contrasting with the taffeta fabric. Instead, the sleeves were made from the same taffeta as the rest of the outfit, completely changing the design.
This is not a minor variation—it is a completely different garment from the one shown on your website. As a loyal customer, I am extremely disappointed. Xpluswear needs to improve its quality control, product accuracy, and customer accountability. Customers deserve to receive the product they paid for, not a lower-quality substitute.

WARNING: TERRIBLE: I am extremely disappointed this company
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Xpluswear. The clothing I received did not match the quality or appearance shown on the website. The items looked significantly different from the advertised photos and did not meet my expectations.
The biggest issue has been customer service. There is no reliable way to speak with a representative regarding refund requests. Communication is limited, responses are slow or unhelpful, and resolving an issue has been very frustrating.
Despite requesting a refund, I have not received one, and the process has been unnecessarily difficult. A company should stand behind its products and provide accessible customer support when problems arise. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience with Xpluswear.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I encourage potential customers to carefully review the return and refund policies before making a purchase. I will not be ordering from Xpluswear again.

I order a dress back in April. The dress arrived in a timely manner. The dress i ordered o line vs the dress i got was not the same. I ordered based on chart size and the dress was 2x bigger than what I wear. I got the runa round for about a week in regards to refund. I chose to refund. I did not want the dress even though they will only refund a portion. They received my dress June 9th. Its now July 14th with no refund. The originally said 7-14 business days for refund....its been 25 days. I won't hold my breath!

Extremely Disappointed – Still Waiting for a Refund After Nearly 4 Months
I placed an order with Xpluswear on March 22 for 13 clothing items, totaling $468.87.
The order was split into shipments, and I ultimately received 9 of the 13 items. However, 4 items—the most expensive items in my order—were never shipped or delivered. The value of those undelivered items was $219.96 (excluding tax and shipping).
After waiting weeks with no shipping updates, I contacted customer service because I needed the clothing for a specific event. Xpluswear informed me they could not guarantee delivery of the remaining items and agreed to cancel those items and issue a refund.
That refund never came.
After repeated follow-ups over several months, I was eventually offered only $153, even though the undelivered items totaled $219.96. No explanation was provided for why nearly $67 was being withheld. I declined the partial refund because I should not have to pay for merchandise that was never shipped or delivered.
Since then, communication has become increasingly difficult, and I have had to open a PayPal dispute to try to recover my money.
My issue is not with the quality of the items I received. My issue is that I have been waiting since March for a refund on products that Xpluswear acknowledged they could not deliver.
If you're considering ordering from Xpluswear, be aware that if part of your order is never shipped, obtaining the promised refund may be a lengthy and frustrating process. I hope my experience helps other shoppers make an informed decision.
