Abzocke und nicht vorhandener Kundenservice

Ich habe bei Xl trade eine Uhr bestellt diese kam defekt bei mir an darauf hin teilte man mir via email mit wie leid es denen doch tun würde und ich solle sie doch bitte zur überprüfung einschicken an adresse .....
Gesagt getan. ich warte schon seit 4 Wochen auf Rückmeldung auch nach 2 weiteren Email nichts gehört... kann nur davon abraten dort zu Bestellen.
Das ist richtige Abzocke.
Jetzt habe ich weder eine Uhr noch mein Geld.

Alles bestens gelaufen

3 Artikel habe ich bereits in der Vergangenheit bei der xltrade-lounge auf ebay ersteigert und jetzt einen direkt im Shop gekauft.
Der Versand kam von amazon und lief problemlos.
Die Uhren sehen toll aus ! Kann ich weiterempfehlen !

kriminell

Neuware gekauft. Stark beschädigte ware erhalten. Keine Kontaktaufnahme zum shop möglich. Dadurch keine Rücknahme oder Erstattung möglich. Finger weg. Dieses verhalten ist betrug. Finger weg.

Gerne wieder

Ich habe meinen Artikel Freitag nachmittag bestellt, die Lieferung war Dienstag schon da. Alles super gelaufen, auch der Artikel selbst sieht super aus.
