I opened an XLTRADE Instant in the spring. The Trader’s Hub is not a dead Discord skin — channels are active, people are in there, it is a real room.
What I did not expect: a personal account manager who talks like a person. After some real R/R on that Instant, Rich reached out. We have talked trading psychology more than once. He checks in. Not a ticket bot. Not a copy-paste “how can I help you today.”
I am a professional trader. I have been around firms that hide behind a FAQ. This one put a human on the other end. That is why I am writing this.

I am a new client with XL Trade. Working with Max, we spent a week passing questions and answers back and forth. Max was very helpful in clarifying the different type of accounts available pointing out the advantages and disadvantages of each account type. He was also helpful in clarifying the evaluation rules even to the point of sending me an email with verbiage that that I requested to avoid anything being ambiguous. He also then arranged to have that verbiage updated on the website for the benefit of other clients. Thank you Max.
