This place is very well known and renowned in ghatkopar .. Wont lie have been here many times, as of course my son loves playarea .. But post covid they take only online reservations, that's thr protocol but thr is a girl called sakshi who sits @ the reception, she is too rude and showed in talking, makes false commitments.. Today only i had called for booking a slot for my son n 2 more kids, she told me v accept only online booking .. Agreed, but i said n i requested i don't have any source for online payment today so u plz consider me, she debated for few mins then finally she agreed that okie CME i will consider, then i get a call @ 3 pm that our online booking slot is done for the day n v can't take u n cancel ur booking.. Then obviously i gave her back , then she said OK come..
Wen. V entered they made us sit in one corner n the owner said will ENTERTAIN U after 10 mins once online booking slot pple get entry.. So this is ridiculous this wasn't informed that non online payers need to wait.. Then again the same discussion started n the owner was also showing no due respect speaking to a girl.. They said v can jst ask u to leave.. I mean these are ur ethics.. The staff inside the play area is too good.. No doubt in hygiene i give 5* that.. But the receptionist n one of the owner v shrewd.. I can't step in here again.. If they don't keep thr promises n back stab.. This has happened couple of times on call wen v werent answered nicely.. Need to b polite..

I ordered 8 glass pots (for tincturing), they all arrived neatly packaged, no damage of any kind! I was so nervous when I placed my order, because it was a big quantity of glass pots! The only thing that I'd like to add is that it would be useful if you guys marked this kind of packages as "fragile" on the box, so the deliverymen & anyone else handling the package know the content is breakable. You know, just in case!

We have been coming to this restaurant for over 8 years and have never been treated so appallingly as we were tonight. We ordered a sirloin steak at $46 which I found quite tough and which my wife spat out as being so tough. I complained but was told the steak was fine and that we had to pay for it. I was told the police would be called if i didn't pay and again said I would pay the bill minus the steak. Whilst Dennis and Tim backed off their father said to go and not to come back again. Are this family so arrogant now that they feel they can treat their customers with contempt?
Such a shame as they have a good restaurant

The bin was damaged when delivered. And Xenos does not accept POSTNL home pickup . So I have to bring it to PostNL and return it. It was a big package and caused a lot of inconvenience. When I want to return directly at store, there are not many stores where they have immediate stock I can take for a new one. In short, the overall experience was poor.

I ordered a package from Xenos, after couple of days they sent me an email that my package will arrive in 30 minutes.
I wasn't at home so they sent me an email that they try on the next day. I was at home all day long and Nobody came and the following 2 days. They played totally the same thing on the next week.
I didn't receive my package still. (ordered on 07. May, today is 14 June)
I Couldn't track my package. There is no available tracking information.
The costumer service also terrible, they didn't reply my email (31 May).
I also called them that maybe they could leave that package by the nearest Xenos and I could collect it but I am still waiting for the reply.
Actually I am still waiting my package /my money.
I Do not recommend online shopping from Xenos. Worst service ever.

It’s impossible to reach their client service. It’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t received my order. I e-mailed them two times, I called them hundres times!!!! Don’t buy anything from them. It’s a complete disaster! I hope they won’t operate in the future as a firm....
