Very disappointing experience

I placed an order for a sofa on 26 December. When it was delivered, it arrived in the wrong colour, which was their mistake. Because of this, the sofa had to be taken back.
We were then told the correct sofa would be back in stock on 2 February, only to later be informed that too only when inquired that it would actually not be available until 23 feb, plus another 3–5 working days for delivery. This meant nearly two months for a them to deliver the correct sofa! After raising concerns, the only resolution offered was further waiting or getting the order cancelled. Overall, the communication was poor, timelines kept changing, and the inconvenience caused was not handled well at all.

Great service after small defect

We ordered a few dining chairs and after a few day we noticed there was a little defect. When we contacted them about it we got a very quick and friendly response. They were very helpful and we could resolve the issue immediately. The chairs are beautiful and their service is none other pleasant :)

Hard to return chair

I bought a chair which I have been trying to return for the last 2.5 weeks. First I was told to take it to a Postnl location with the provided return label only to be told by Postnl that Livin24 is required to arrange a pick up for the chair as it is to large to be left at a Postnl office. Informed Livin24 of this and was told on two different occasions that Postnl would come to get the chair from my house. On both occasions no one came to get the chair. So now I am stuck with a chair I do not want.

Livin24 send someone to get this chair out of my apartment. I am not interested in purchasing it.

Not the best experience but good costumer service

Not the best experience but good costumer service... ordered with them a product that was available and in stock but took them weeks to deliver. It arrived safely eventually after quite a few emails (which they answered kindly and patiently each & every time!) and it's a nice chair and in good quality...
