Very disappointing experience
I placed an order for a sofa on 26 December. When it was delivered, it arrived in the wrong colour, which was their mistake. Because of this, the sofa had to be taken back.
We were then told the correct sofa would be back in stock on 2 February, only to later be informed that too only when inquired that it would actually not be available until 23 feb, plus another 3–5 working days for delivery. This meant nearly two months for a them to deliver the correct sofa! After raising concerns, the only resolution offered was further waiting or getting the order cancelled. Overall, the communication was poor, timelines kept changing, and the inconvenience caused was not handled well at all.
