I am currently in the middle of a frankly awful bedroom refit by Wren.
From the moment we paid the balance in full we've been lied to repeatedly. The installation date has been moved back 3 times now, leaving us acting as a storage facility for Wren & with an unusable room.
Parts arrived fully built despite us insisting they must be flat packed to fit up the stairs, something we were assured would happen.
Those parts were returned for dismantling 2 weeks ago & we've no idea where they are.
Our installer arrived 10 days late to find he couldn't do the job due to missing parts.
Wren are now ignoring my phone calls & emails are met with dismissive platitudes and vague promises that invariably fail to materialise.
It's an incredibly stressful situation that has so far not only cost me £6000 but also lost me my decorator due to delays.
An awful company with horrendous customer services, avoid at all costs.
Update: Today is the 3rd of June. We have now been in limbo since the 13th May.
Since I posted the original review I recieved a personal case manager who promised to prioritise us, & after an argument I managed to obtain a completion date of the 5th June.
Today the missing parts failed to arrive again. We are told they are 'damaged'.
Now we are being told new parts cannot be delivered before the 9th & I've absolutely no idea when they will be fitted.
An absolute shambles of a company, staffed by incompetents, liars & bullshit artists.
We are now a month behind the promised schedule, with a bedroom still unusable & sleeping on the floor because we stripped out the room as per their instructions.
I cannot emphasise enough how important it is NEVER to sign a contract with these people, simply put, they are crooks.
If I could give fewer stars I would.

I requested and paid for a grey kitchen unit, but they delivered a white unit with grey door, I called to query the delivery only to be told I did not specify the interior which I belief a customer ordering a "grey unit" expects the carcass and the doors to match unless explicitly stated other wish. They offer a likes for likes price match with Wicks by requesting for Wicks quote, prepare same design and end up giving something inferior, only to argue that I did not specify the interior and the cupboard doors delivered is grey, they would not change nor refund my payment.
If a customer ordered a Grey Suit; a tailor does not provide a white suit with Gray buttons and then charge extra for the fabric. I ordered a "Grey Unit" In the furniture industry, a "unit" comprises the carcass and the door. and Wren has failed to provide goods as described.

Our experience started really well, Ruby was our designer and she was great, great contact, great designs, very helpful. However, as soon as we paid for our kitchen, the communication stopped fully. I tried emailing multiple times to ask questions regarding the kitchen/appliances that the fitters needed to know and got 0 responses. I emailed the general manager of Wren to see if I could receive a reply from then but again, nothing. I feel that we were also not fully informed of certain aspects that led to more money on our part and a lot of stress with the process. Our kitchen has been fit this week and whilst we are happy with the kitchen, we probably would not use Wren again due to these aspects.

I bought a kitchen from Wren in 2024 and the service from the sales team in the Oldham branch was good and the delivery was okay, a few missing items but it was rectified quickly.
I went back to Wren Oldham in February 2026 and the member of staff who I dealt with previously had left, the new sales person was terrible, appeared disinterested but because we wanted items adding to the original kitchen we had to use Wren, I later found out the member of staff I dealt with left the company.
Received delivery today, the drivers were like the chuckle brothers, they came this morning at 7am, spent 20 minutes in the van but then said my items were at the back of the van and they couldn't complete the delivery (I had booked a day off work to accept delivery). I had to cancel the kitchen fitter who was arriving at 8am, he wasn't pleased.
The delivery drivers then rung and said they were 6 minutes away, this was around 3pm. Whilst bringing the items into my house, they knocked an ornament off the wall. It damaged the plaster on the wall and broke the ornament, they said they would report the damaged ornament and wall but when speaking with customer services, they had not reported it.
I checked the items, the plinth and transparent seal were missing, customer services told me it will take 11 days for them to be redelivered. Whilst checking the items I could not find the cornice for the tower cupboard. When I logged into my account, the sales person had not included it in the order despite me talking to her about it, I missed this at the time which is my fault but I should not have to check everything just to make sure people are doing their job properly. I am not ordering a cornice just because I do not want to give Wren anymore of my money.
Whilst on to the customer services department, the person I spoke to was more interested in checking if I had a nice day rather than resolving my problems and she responded to me with T&C's to cover Wren.
Overall the service from the sales branch through to delivery and then speaking to the customers services department has been terrible and I will never use Wren again.
Since submitting the review on 09/04/26, on 11/04/26, the joiner came to fit the kitchen and the worktop was not wide enough by 40mm, the lady in the showroom ordered the wrong worktop. I am currently awaiting Wren customer services to resolve the problem.
Since submitting the above review, James from customer services contacted me and was very helpful, he arranged delivery of the missing / damaged items and sent me the correct sized worktop. It has been a long process but my kitchen is now complete with thanks to James.

Great customer service from Wrens when purchasing our second fitted wardrobe (our first was also from them), with excellent quality. The process was seamless from measurement to VR design and delivery. A defect after installation was quickly resolved by Amanda from customer relations. We’ll definitely be returning for a third wardrobe.

It’s been 9 months since my shocking installation the one that took them 8 months including removing and re fitting the full kitchen. Still to this day I am getting constant issues with their installers “subcontractors” plumbing. Everything they touched regarding plumbing has leaked and failed us! I can’t trust this kitchen atall! Still struggle to use parts of it because of how much they affected my mental health with how poor of an install it was. They’re qualified “sub” electrics have too failed us since and again Iv had to pay out to get them safely fixed. I haven’t even bothered speaking to Wren about it because they are not worth the time as they just claim T&Cs about it not being their wren fitter even though you pay them to use their wren fitter who in fact is a subcontractor & they have grey lines on what is considered covered under the agreement. Do not use them! It’s seriously not worth it, they put me through hell and even when it was considered complete and we parted ways it’s still to this day causing issues.

Great delivery service. Delivery boys explained me everything I need to know. They placed all the units very carefully.
Thanks again.

Very careful with putting the furniture into the house, focused but making small talk which is good customer service, worked at a fast paced and double checked everything.

Needed a replacement microwave. Went into store to see what would fit. Assistant manager told us which one to buy. Was too small and now there is no piece to fit the gap left behind. Has been going on for 6 weeks. Two pieces delivered, both too big. Customer service is poor. Making out its my fault when we were told which microwave to buy. Raised a further complaint today. Would not recommend for after care service. They've had your money. Not interested.
