Della listened carefully; investigated my cover and was very helpful.

I donor catch the customer advisors name. I rang on 16-09-26 around midday.she was extremely helpful in advising me of the best and left a text within a few minutes of ending the call. I could not fault her knowledge of what could and what could not be done. More importantly her attitude and helpfulness was exemplary. It was a very pleasant positive experience. I just signed up for insurance yesterday. I managed to get a very quick GP private appointment, through their own provided GP service. However, the GP was very dismissive of my symptoms, and did not refer me to a specialist, even though I insisted. It seems like GPs through their service will gatekeep healthcare like it happens everywhere else... Would like to see this resolved

I've had a brilliant experience with WPA. Getting my first pair of glasses was nerve-wracking, but the process was quick and comfortable, and I was reimbursed within days, now I'm enjoying seeing clearly.

I also needed a dental crown, and I was in real pain and struggling to eat beforehand. The dentist was fantastic, and WPA reimbursed the cost quickly and without any hassle.

My advisor Scott, was also brilliant. He was so caring and took the time to explain how to use the app for the first time, which made everything super easy and pleasant.

A month on, I just wish I'd signed up sooner. It's such a relief having an insurer that genuinely looks after your health and comfort.

After being diagnosed with breast cancer out of the blue I was unsure what I could claim and what support I had. Della was amazing, the kindness and compassion she showed me whilst going through everything included in my policy made such a difference.

This company makes it so hard to claim.
They have a list of people to use for treatment, I couldn’t find one person that still worked at the addresses they have on file. Ended up not claiming and having to pay for treatment myself. Won’t be renewing my company policy.

Using both the cash plan and medical insurance is a smooth process from start to finish.

If you have any questions or queries the help desk team are very good at answering any concerns and making sure you’re fully aware of how to claim, any excess etc.

Alastair was very helpful as my Healthcare Partner and was able to answer any questions I had or direct me to the appropriate person.

He was able to provide all the info I needed, knew his stuff and explained everything very well, but most importantly he had an exceptionally reassuring and understanding manner. I didn't know what to expect but was genuinely very impressed indeed!
