I ordered 78$ worth of clothing from CHICNIA, I paid an extra 19.95$ for fast delivery. I ordered this on 07 Feb 2020, still nothing has arrived. When I try to go onto the website, it has changed to WOWMSTAR. No refund, No contact back, No clothes. COMPLETE SCAM, save your money

I ordered a phone which never arrived

Nothing arrived but they still managed to falsify having sent it through a Chinese courier so PayPal would not refund me.

Impossible to contact after first response saying they would do something about it.

I ordered shoe's and they sent out headset, can't contact them about missing items, took my money, don't order from them, scam

They sent me cheap, useless. plastic earphones, that didn't work, in a plastic bag, in place of 2 mobile phones. 8 months trying to get PayPal to sort it out. Just a plain as day, absolute scam. Internet fraud at it's finest. Maybe 6/10 people follow through on their complains and maybe 3/10 are successful in receiving a refund. The rest goes into this company's pockets as illegally obtained moneys. Imagine how much money they've scammed from people around the world. Shocking that Paypal continues to alow them to use their services

Update: received refund from PayPal! I encourage everyone to open a ticket with PayPal and get your money back from these theifs!

This is f....ing non cense website and a big scammer. I have paid for mobile and they have shipped earphone. get them behind prison.

I paid for my order and never got it .and can't get in touch with costumer service. I have emailed them lots of times and no reply .So don't buy anything of them .they will take your money but you won't get Ur order.they rip u off. Scammers.

Worst internet buyer experience ever. Scam and fraud experts. does not send you what you buy, bad logistics, really bad communications.
Trying to treat you continuously. Lyars. AVOID THEM. THEY SHOULD BE PROSECUTED.

It,s untrust site ..it will steel your money ..it will send you something you don,t order for .. after that you will get no answer from his customer service..easily he stole your money

Wowm is a complete scam. You will never receive your order. They will string you along until you give up. Forget about wowm its PayPal you should go after.

Most probably the worlds biggest crooks, fraud experts,most experience thief's, liars, experts in crime meet under a same roof and created a crooked fake company called WOWM. THEY ADVERTISE ON FACEBOOK.. ITS A FAKE.There is no Phones every body receives worthless headphones Instead of a cellphones.They apologise Give you a fake tracking number. From a Chinese delivery company. Maybe they are In the scam too. Everybody gets same. keep tracking and your item gets delivered to local sorting office by Royal mail and goes mısıng. I have report this scam to ROYAL MAIL, CHINESE POST OFFICE AND CHINESE EMBASSY IN LONDON. Nothing has been done. PAY PAL still let them use them for business and these SCUMBAGS STILL IN BUSINESS.

This WOWM cheated on me by ordering outdoor mobile which I got the ad from Facebook guys Facebook and PayPal also involved in cheating business I request Cyber security to take action on this

22 jan 2019 just finished filing dispute with my credit card company
The parcel (second one after nasty headphones were delivered to my town), was out for delivery for few days and all of the sudden lost in transit!

My dad has ordered a smartphone last month but after few weeks the scammer had sent a pair of earphone instead of what my dad has ordered. My dad reach to the scammer and told them that they have deliver the wrong stuff. They ask my dad to sent it back to them but my dad has refuse unless they are going to responsible for the shipping. Unfortunately, after being waiting for one month and a half. The tracking website told that my dad cannot reach to the tracking number anymore because the stuff are lost or something. Anyone please report this fake online store website. They are scammer, for sure.

I to like the other ppl purchased a I outdoors phone from wowm that was 61days ago only to find out after all my email I sent to then and all they send back is peak period reply 3-7days but the tracking number they gave me shows the package was delivered to a place in America when clearly the address they have is I live in England ( scammers all the way)

I order for two mobile phone but after three months they deliver the package but it was a earbud set not the mobile phone .
Now there is no reply from Thier.its already paid... sombuddy help me.

I ordered for Outdoor X phone on 24 Oct 2018, These Effers sent me a worse earbud which never worked. When I complained, they said it was by mistake and asked me to keep them as a compliment. After a few emails, I got the tracking number but still did not get the phone. Not sure, if they really are going to send me one or its just a fake. Wowm is a truly unfaithful site. This has cheated so many people and is cheating still. We need to file a suit against them.
