Wordfence is a robust solution. We are particularly satisfied with the customer support which is very professional and responsive.

Wordfence by far is the best protection against attack foreign and domestic - on top of that you are notified of vulnerabilities and concerns at all times. Been using the plugin, both the free and pro versions on my client's websites for many years.

I'm very impressed by the fast reaction of the Wordfence Support Team, less than 15 mn after ticket has been opened on a sunday evening : accurate and clear instructions provided that fixed definitely the issue, despite the few infos I have posted. Can't find anywhere how many websites I can use with the different subscriptions. If it's only 1 website per license then way too expensive.

Almost impossible to cancel. They charged our company for 4 years after we initially stopped using their service, and requested cancellation.

A complete horror show. My fifteen year old web site is gone because of Wordfence. It locked me out of my own web site. It is so complicated to unlock they made long video telling you how to unlock it and it still doesn't work. Wordfence refuses to help because I have the free version. But they gave me some steps to follow. They suggested I ask my provider to help. My host tried to follow the steps and it does not work. Wordfence refuses to help any further. I've had Wordfence for a few years now, and this is not the only problem with it, stay far far away from this company. They have no compassion for you what so ever.

Superb customer service with ultra fast response

I launched my website in 2007 and it never occurred to me that I would need so much security for a site dedicated to baseball history. There's no reason for anyone to hack it because there's no personal data contained within--we post articles and have two databases full of statistics--but hackers still wreak havoc.

Thanks to Wordfence I breathe easier and know I and my site are in good hands. I recently had someone hack into my site through a contributor's account and post several ridiculous articles that had nothing to do with baseball. A scan also showed my site had been infected with malware, but Janet at Wordfence found and deleted it. As long as I have Wordfence monitoring my website I know it's protected or will be cleaned quickly and efficiently if someone sneaks through.

What I get from the Wordfence plugin is peace of mind - worth a great deal and yet the software isn't prohibitively expensive. I've only infrequently needed help but in those cases I've waited only a couple of hours for assistance, and have always been happy with the support.
