Bag is great, just what I hoped for! Well made, classy, and good size for 3 larger lenses, camera, and a smaller one, with lots of pockets for other storage. 2 minor complaints. The first, I didn't receive any shipping updates until after it was delivered. Second, you can't choose where the Lazer etching is done and it wasn't very clear, but it's on the shoulder strap.

The product came to me damaged. When reached out to Woosir and told them , they offered me a $10 refund for an $89 bag. I said no, and asked for. Full refund and they offered me $20. I’m still trying to get a refund but will never order from this company again. The least they could do is offer me new bag or full credit for a product that is not damaged

The messenger bag was a gift for my adult son and he loves it! The color, the size, details, and sturdiness were the things he praised. I like that it shipped quickly and arrived in a timely fashion.

I found the website clear and functional. Purchasing the item I wanted was easy — and I found the perfect messenger bag that I am growing to adore more and more each time I use it. Quality! So hard to find … I took the leap purchasing this, but am not only glad I did - I will certainly keep this company in mind for future purchases.

Buyers Beware! I ordered 2 bags from this company and spent close yo $400 dollars. My husband did want to keep the bags so I was planning on returning them. I emailed the company because I could not find a phone number (I don’t think they are in the United States). They responded telling me they would only refund $30 and I could keep the bags. I was not happy so I sent another email insisting a full refund, but all I got back was an offer for a $60 refund. Unbelievable! Definitely not a reputable company and I will never order from them again! I’m out A-LOT of money!

I love my new small Woosir Vintage Waxed Crossbody Messenger Bag that I recently received. It’s perfect for holding all of my Geocaching tools and needs when I go out adventuring for treasures. It’s sturdy, yet attractive, and has lots of useful zippered and open pockets for organizing my gear. The adjustable super-comfy webbed crossbody strap allows me to stay hands free while exploring. Like I said initially, this bag is perfect in every way!

Not the greatest communication from the seller about shipping time but I did get the bag. Nothing really wrong with the bag itself. I wish it had a handle on the top but I can add one later. Also not sure if I got the color I ordered. I ordered a navy color but the color I got was more gray than blue. These ship from china so be mindful of that if you order a bag.

Honestly I really love this website and its products. I’ve bought 3 different backpacks until now and if I need to gift a backpack to anyone I’d use this website again.

Be warned Do not buy from Woosir. I have not received my order. They claim that I should have received an email with tracking ID within 2 business days; I have not received a tracking ID. I can not get a meaningful order status from them. But, from the limited Chat responses, I am sure they are just a front for operations in China. They have no proper knowledge of the availability of products in China, and do not have any control over fulfilment which is likely done from China, which is why they can't give me an order status, and tracking number.
