I've been waiting two months for my merchandise. Woolovers said they would refund for lost item but never did and now does not reply to my several e-mails.

Thanks a lot for beautiful colors! I ordered 8 slipovers of different colors ;) very warm, not itchy, and it's better to have few of different color.

I didn't have any unexpected extra delivery costs and delays.

I find that the mix of merino and cashmere makes a very soft combination at a reasonable price. The style of the sweaters that I purchased are varied and well cut.
The website is very well laid out and the pictures and colors online give an accurate picture of what you get. The delivery was quick.

Now that I have your attention, I would like to sing the praises of Woolovers. Fab service, fab products and great communication. I received the sweater which I purchased to replace my neice's favorite, though Holey, sweater today. Great shipping time! I was concerned it wouldn't arrive on time for Christmas, but here it is with time to spare!
Unbelievable quality, soft, cuddly, wearable and I'm sure that now she can retire her old fave after a job well-done!

I have recently purchased three sweaters from Woolovers and I am very happy with their products.

I really like my sweater (I am wearing it right now) and the sweater I got as a gift is beautiful!! The sweaters arrived quickly. Best of all the prices are really, super reasonable for the quality of the sweaters. Buy here!!

Very pleased with the matching silk/cotton camisoles and cardigans just received. So useful for summer weather with a patterned linen skirt or so.

I ordered the British wool pullover for my husband as a surprise--and upgrade to his wardrobe. He absolutely loves it! It fits well, looks very smart and is warm and cozy. He, and I, couldn't be more pleased. And the price was so reasonable, particularly as I was able to take advantage of the no shipping charge to Canada during September. This was the third item I have ordered recently from Woolovers and I am pleased with all of them.

I'm impressed. The article I ordered came quickly, was packaged well, cost was better than I expected!
I love my new red cardigan!! it fits, looks lovely, and will keep me warm through many Canadian winters!

Awesome quality, great customer service, and reasonable prices. Simply the best. I purchased an aran zip sweater and it was exactly as described. The shipping took a while. But the wait was worth it. I'm impressed.
