Wonga helped me after a problem with my wages left me £150 short for a bill.

Applying was very easy, the whole process was straight forward and the money was in my account very quickly.
I really appreciated it.

The amount I had to pay back was fair, around £16 extra and I really liked the fact they they gave me a reminder when my payment was due.

Lead you into it told me had limit of 800 only had 300 and tried to top up 50 pound and was refused even though I have always paid early or on time they had cheek to send me an email then once I paid it up 2 weeks early saying we are here if unexpected happens lol well it did and they refused so can't rely on them I have cleared it now and will never use again

I was a little bit wary of pay day loan because of all the horror stories you hear about, but when I looked into how much interest you would have to pay back it’s not as bad as I thought, it was easy to apply for and the cash went instantly into my account, it’s handy to know that there is cash available when you need that little extra till payday

Ease of use and quite payment into account

I was very dubious when I first used Wonga a few weeks ago. However, my experience with them has been fantastic. I’ve needed two short term loans to help out over the last few weeks, and with paying them back within 10-14 days, the interest is very low! So I would have no hesitation in recommending them for use in this way. The website was very easy to navigate plus the money was in account within minutes.

Been a loyal customer of wonga for many years, mainly because I have only wanted to borrow for a couple of days and wonga is the only place I can find that does it. Had a loan last week which was paid in full, on time, this week wanted to get some stuff in the sales so applied for £200 for 2 days, was astonished when I was declined, I have phoned their helpline and e-mailed customer care and they say it is not their policy to tell you why you have been refused. I am totally confused, checked with the credit reference people, no changes there so I'm stumped. This had better not affect my credit rating. Who knew no reason was needed to turn you down, do they just choose with a pin, or every tenth applicant?? Goodness knows because they won't tell you.

The Wonga service is more helpful than some banks!
