We were happy with the purchases
But the delivery of some items was terrible 👎 I booked days of work only to get a message we couldn’t access the property when I was parked outside the whole time we waited for days for some stuff to arrive and when it did it was only part delivered with no explanation or when the other items would be dropped off so I contacted wolverson who said they would get this sorted
Only to go through the same thing again
So now a £200 barbell has cost me £700 so far with the days I’ve had to have off
Plus I still haven’t got the barbell so as it is the bar could cost me over £1000 pound 🤦🏼‍♂️wolverson equipment is really good but DHL ARE TERRIBLE
So if you order from wolverson make sure they are not using DHL as there courier 👍🏻

Ordered several items from these guys. Good products at a very reasonable price. Everything came promptly. Communication was great. Had to email customer services and they responded within the hour. Overall an excellent experience with a trustworthy company that I would recommend and definitely use again

I have bought quite a few kettlebells - 11 in fact (standard Competition and GS) - from Wolverson Fitness in the last 3 months and what can I say - the quality and service is immense. Rapid delivery (when in stock) and extremely well packaged and shipped in the thickest, sturdiest cardboard boxes you have ever seen. In fact it is frustratingly hard to unpack but I wouldn’t want it any other way. I would say that the standard Competition Bells are better packaged (encased in polystyrene case before being placed in a cardboard box) whereas the GS Competition Bells come in just the cardboard box. That being said, none of the 11 bells I have ordered, have arrived damaged due to transit, which is a great achievement given the weight of the products.

One of the bells did have a small chip in the paint work, but I didn’t mind as they will get chipped in use anyway over the next few months and years. Unfortunately one of the bells did come with a rusty handle which could not be cleaned / removed despite following the instructions from customer support. However I am very satisfied with how this was dealt with; I was given the option of a return or slight discount and I took the latter option. It was refreshing to be not treated like a criminal, which is sometimes the case with retailers when you report an issue! I have also sent numerous questions and received very helpful and quick responses every time. Well done customer services and absolutely first rate! This is company where every employee seems to care about the company and its customers.

Lastly, the most important reason I have come back to Wolverson so many times is for the quality of their kettlebells - they are absolutely immense. I do prefer the GS variants slightly more than the standard Competition ones, which aren’t as ergonomic to grip as the handles are quite angular in design. The standard Competition ones feature a taller window height but the width is slightly narrower than I would like. I’m still trying to figure out their core purpose; the handle window is not quite wide enough for double handed use, and the window is too tall for true GS efficiency - it seems like it is stuck in an identity crisis. I actually find the GS variants more comfortable for two handed swings due to the more rounded handle window despite actually being marginally narrower in width and designed for one-handed use.

I’ve just completed my 3rd purchase of kettlebells from Wolverson Fitness! Firstly, they do sell the best kettlebells in the UK. At the same time, the main reason I keep buying from them is their focus on customers. The team is super professional, fast and really takes care of their customers. This time I worked with Michael who was lightning fast and extremely helpful. Michael really put himself into my shoes and suggested the best option and price for my purchase even though he is fairly new in the company. I highly recommend Wolverson Fitness! Keep your eye on their website and social media pages to catch good promos!

As I’ve gotten older, I’ve made it a rule to only deal with businesses that treat customers, not like inconveniences, but like individuals. Minimum AI on the other end, polite knowledgeable customer service and competitive prices, where possible. I’m pleased to say Wolverson fitness falls effortlessly into this remit. I called for information about a Suples Q Rope, I was told everything I needed to know, given all costs and now, three working days later, I’ve had an email confirming imminent dispatch. Kieran has kept me informed every step of the way and put up with all my questions and now I can sit back and relax. To Kieran and the team, thank you for your excellent service. If I can show horn another piece of equipment into my gym, you guys will be my first stop. 👍

Such a great idea to offer the ex event kettlebells for sale. I was able to pick up a 10kg from the GS range at a significantly reduced price. Awesome :)

I bought an assault air bike from these guys.
Super happy with delivery, exactly as promised, within 5 days.
Delivery itself was great, not the average delivery location, and a hearty & heavy price of kit, bit of a pain to get to as well, delivery fella was ace, really helpful.
The kit itself is excellent.

I don’t leave reviews very often however I wanted to write this one to make people aware of how poor customer service is after you have bought from Wolverson Fitness. They are eager to take your money however when there is an issue including defects with the product you purchase from them, the customer service is terrible. In my case the manufacturer had advised that the fault shouldn’t have occurred and the seller (Wolverson) should replace the product. Becky the representative I dealt with was not only rude but was happy to leave me in the middle of a disagreement between them and the manufacturer. There is no value in keeping the customer happy. This is the worst customer service I have received and would not use them again.

Purchased 2 assault bikes one of which developed a fault after 2 months of usage and Wolverston are trying to charge £269 to fix it. This is the worst fitness equipment supplier I have ever dealt with

I was keen on buying kettlebells from Wolverson Fitness. Their products get splendid reviews and, although not cheap, are probably worth the money. Unfortunately I gave up on buying from them and bought from Bulldog instead. Why? I signed up for their newsletter expecting the promised 10% discount code. Nothing arrived. Tried signing up again with a different email address. Still nothing. Sent 3 emails to sales (last one copying marketing). No response. I can’t understand why any company would allow potential new customers to slip through their fingers like that. Shame.

Wolverson Fitness’s response to my review is less than pathetic. I left a 2 star review because I got no response from their customer service despite many attempts on my part. Through their trustpilot response they have proved that they have no respect for customers/potential customers and they exhibit no wish to learn from feedback and improve their service. If I could I would reduce my rating to one star. And yes I am a real person who happens to have the same name as a previous prime minister. I find the snide #hoax comment juvenile.

Solid ball. Seems like it'll handle some action

For years I was mostly using black series kettlebells but for certain strength endurance complexes I wanted something light with larger, more stable bell. So I got a pair of 18kg competition gs and it’s perfect! Playing with them over a week now.
Very well made, stable bottom, distance between the bell and the handle is ideal. Rests greatly on the forearm in cleans and snatches. The bell size feels great in waiter’s position also.

As a beginner I found Wolverson kettlebells to be great. Highly recommended from most kettlebell users I talked to. The black series is great for one or double handed. Solid, versatile kettlebell perfect for at home training.
