Worst food app out there!
The order was supposed to arrive half an hour ago. When I contacted customer service, the representative first gave me false information, claiming the restaurant had its own delivery. After I confronted her, she admitted it was a mistake and said a Wolt courier would be sent to pick up the order. Another 30 minutes passed with no update. When I called the restaurant myself, they said no one had come to pick up the order. Overall, the customer service was misleading, slow, and completely unhelpful, and the issue was never properly resolved.
Drowned burger
The bag arrived ripped wide open, the drink upside down, and the burger soaked beyond saving. Basically: a complete write-off. But honestly, the delivery was only half the disaster — the support was even worse.
Their bot kept hammering me to accept Wolt credits instead of giving me my actual money back, like I’m supposed to be grateful for store credit after receiving a bag that looked like it survived a washing machine. And then, out of nowhere, it started lecturing me about my “tone” — when all I said was the painfully obvious: refund, not credits.
To top it off, the runner handed me the dripping, torn bag while mumbling something I genuinely couldn’t understand. Overall? A mess from start to finish.
Missing items and no help
I didn't get a part of the order, contacted the support and first had to wait for a long time for an answer, then they would close the chat because I wasn't online. so finally in my third chat I managed to talk real time to an agent, who told me they couldn't help me because I didn't have the physical receipt, even though they sent me the receipt I paid on the e mail. and they use smileys as if talking to a child. I just want my money back for the food I DIDN'T GET, don't need your sad smileys.

Terrible customer service and delivery. I waited over an hour when the estimated delivery time was 20-30 minutes. After complaining to customer service about the long delay and the fact that my food was cold and inedible, they only refunded me €2.80 for the delivery service, even though the problem was theirs, as the food was ready at the scheduled time.
Total incompetence
It is just terribly managed. Food always takes like, 4x the estimated delivery time and there is no recourse. Last weekend, the restaurant "lost my order" so I was told after AN HOUR to rebook, so I did, then that order took 1.5 hours and arrived finally after 2.5 hours and it WAS THE WRONG ORDER. Honestly, shocking incompetence happening at Wolt and I can't wait for Uber to catch up on the number of restaurants.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I was refused a proper refund and left waiting with no reply — my request was even closed without my approval. Instead of refunding me, Wolt simply issued credits I never asked for. After this experience, I definitely won’t be using Wolt or these credits again.
I was charged almost €100 for a subscription I never used and never received any notifications about renewals or invoices after each charge. If I hadn’t checked my bank statement by chance, I’d still be unknowingly paying for this subscription. Very disappointing.

I would give NO star at all if I could. One of the worst companies around. NO real customer service. They make you pay in advance, and only then they start changing delivery times.

Don’t order thru WOLT
ordered through Wolt, and although the delivery arrived on time, the food was cold and incomplete. When I contacted their customer service, the experience was awful – they showed no real concern about the poor quality of the delivery and only replaced the missing items, ignoring the fact that the entire meal was cold and basically inedible.
This kind of “support” is unacceptable. Wolt clearly doesn’t care about its customers. I’ll never use Wolt again and strongly advise others to avoid it.
Allowed someone else access to my account, locked me out, no help to resolve
After years of relatively banal experience with this service, I had an alarming then Kafka-esque "service" follow-up with them this month. The alarm: they allowed someone else (a dangerous person no longer in my life) to sign in to my account and make an order. I caught the delivery notification on my phone in real time and attempted to cancel the order via chat. The other person was actively in the chat discouraging cancellation. The support agent didn't seem concerned or confused and offered a simple "sorry for the inconvenience" with no attention to the security issue. I immediately changed the email address associated with the account and was then locked out for "security purposes." Additionally, the other person was given a credit for their order. (Why?! I am the one "inconvenienced.") For 2.5 weeks now, I have been trying to get back into my account with no success. I follow up every few days and get a stale throwback to the beginning of a conversation, asking me the foundational question of where I'm based, even though I've provided all the relevant information several times. The last few emails have gotten simply no response. This is what it's like when a big company has little competition and no desire to actually prevent harm to their customers.
Awful experience!!!
First time ordering with Wolt. The estimated amount of time means nothing, the support chat is unhelpful and only let me know they were waiting for a courier to accept my order after I insisted on knowing what was going on. Plus, their policy is to "wait until the restaurant has closed" to cancel the order if no courier accepts it! This is awful service especially compared to other major food delivery companies who offer you compensation after the greatest estimated amount of time has passed without completing the delivery. Would definitely NOT recommend, don't give your money to this company.
Deliveries disturbing neighbors
Delivery people continuously cause noise disturbances, ring random doorbells, bang on every door, do not read or follow instructions. Contacted support repeatedly, they told me it won't repeat, it continued to happen. Very serious and very bad and the company does nothing to fix it despite repeated complaints.

Been a loyal Wolt+ customer, but I’ve had enough now.
Once again, my food arrived waaaay too late – even though I placed a Priority order!
After today’s delivery, I really have to leave a review, because this is just unacceptable: three times in a row, the estimated “6 minutes” turned into 19, 14, and 23 minutes — and the food was completely cold each time!
And to top it off, half of my order was missing.
What does support say? “We’ll refund €3.70 from your €30 order.”
Wow. So basically, I got my missing fries replaced, but nothing for the long wait or the inedible, cold food. That’s honestly outrageous — a new delivery would’ve been the least you could do!
I understand that mistakes can happen once in a while, but every single time?
At this point, I really expected proper compensation.

I would give zero if I could
I would give zero if I could. The wrong food was delivered that I cannot eat. They refuse to refund the service and delivery fee because „the number on the order was correct“ even though they admit that the dish was the wrong one. Never again.

Wolt stole my money
Wolt stole my money. I ordered food and they did not attempt to contact me then they said the courier tried to contact me and I did not respond so they are not processing a refund. I put very clear instructions on how to contact me and they did not follow them. Im very upset. I travel a lot for business and I have used wolt all over Europe until I used it in Warsaw. Do not order with this application.
Horrible delivery combined with useless customer service topped with bad company policies
I seriously do not recommend Wolt. They used to be the best platform for food delivery, but have consistently been getting worse and last night was the last straw. I ordered food from a venue and the courier that was delivering it drove all around the town delivering or collecting earlier orders which were way off route. The moment I noticed this, I have contacted their customer service which offered me many apologies but ultimately did nothing to resolve this issue. My food arrived over and hour later and was cold. I have contacted their customer service once again saying that I have warned them of this possible issue and as a compensation they have offered me Wolt credits which is unacceptable. After they made a mistake, they also try to condition their customers to spend the money again on them exclusively. Their customer service just keeps repeating that it is the company policy, they cannot offer me a real refund. So, horrible delivery combined with useless customer service topped with bad company policies. I have deleted their app and seriously do not recommend this service to anyone.

If I could give zero, I would. The courier was late and eventually decided to not deliver the food. And they refuse to refund my order. Don't do my same mistake, use another app.
