Contacted Wollaston mini body shop about repairs needed to my car. They took the hassle away and kept me informed throughout the process. They truly went above and beyond so I could have a replacement car whilst mine was being repaired. My mini came back fully repaired and looking fantastic. A big thank you to Mark, Ashley and the team. Would definitely recommend!!

After a comprehensive search online found the JCW Mini I wanted at Wollaston Mini. Phoned and spoke to Debbie and made an appointment to view the car. The car was ready for us to view when we arrived and Debbie came straight out to and show us the Mini. We we went on a test drive, which was very comprehensive, dual carriage way, town and country roads and even through a village. We covered all areas of driving used on a daily journey. Perfect. Decision made we were having the Mini. Debbie helped us through all the paperwork and had the car ready for us to pick up on the agreed date. I would recommend anyone to use Wollaston Mini.

The process was very straightforward and the Group Buyer responsible Mr Sid Singh was extremely prompt, communicative and attentive. The driver Grant who was sent to collected the vehicle was polite , professional and very thorough. Following a visual validation of the Mini and documentation, funds were transferred within 15-minutes and the car driven away.

Superb customer service. Really considerate sales team and a lovely atmosphere. Each team member was friendly - the direct sales person extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding.

Just sold my wife’s Mini Cooper S to Wollaston Mini through Carwow. The car was sold Monday and after a small amount of correspondence, the car was collected Friday afternoon by Grant who was a seasoned and highly experienced representative. Following a visual validation of the Mini and documentation, funds were transferred within 15-minutes and the car driven away.
All in all, a pain free and professional sale process that I don’t hesitate to fully recommend.

The customer service is second to none. I ordered a Mini Electric and although it took 5ish months to arrive I was updated every two weeks on the progress. When the time came to pick it up all the paperwork was done via email and the unveiling was very personal. More than happy with the car and the service.

This is the third gorgeous mini I’ve had from Wollaston MINI. As always, great customer service, quick, helpful and non pushy sales team make for an enjoyable experience. Big thank you to Kyle Mock for being a true professional and a genuine all round nice guy.

Kyle was really helpful, warm and friendly and made the whole experience of purchasing my new mini really enjoyable. He kept me up to date with progress and even though I was extremely late for my last appointment to collect my new car, due to receiving some bad news about a family member’s illness, Kyle made me a coffee and did not rush me at all. Overall, a really great experience and I love my new car.

Was thinking about getting a new car, not really looking forward to the process. Popped in to Wollaston Mini with no prior appointment, just on the off chance. Was lucky enough to meet Kyle who was superb on the day, made me feel very welcome, nothing was rushed. Fast forward a few months and I’m super pleased with my new car. The comms from Kyle throughout were superb, not too much like you thought it was bugging you but enough to keep you aware of progress. Handover process was brilliant too. Whenever I use the Wollaston BNW/MINI Bodyshop I am never disappointed. The level of service is fab, quick and nothing is too much trouble. Mark & Ashley arranged my alloy wheel repair in a matter of days of me getting in touch, with door to door service - collecting & dropping off my car. You simply don’t get service like this in any industry let alone the car industry! Even after the repair was complete, and I had an issue with my seatbelt, they were flexible and accommodating and it was sorted no dramas! Really 5* service all the way! Thanks Mark and Ashley! I’ve just bought an amazing Mini Cooper from Wollaston Mini. The service received was excellent from the initial viewing to the handover. Adam was very personable and helpful with my questions particularly after we had taken delivery. Wollaston Mini is a class establishment.

I have bought in excess of 50 cars, for my own personal use. Consequently I have dealt with some excellent garages and some of the worst. That was until I met Gareth, he has been the consummate professional, no hard sell, regular feedback and in these difficult times, the car arrived bang on time. An exceptional and enjoyable experience. However he then went beyond the call of duty, I was unable to drive,
no matter, the car was delivered by the utterly charming Richard. If you want to purchase a mini, Gareth must be your first port of call.He and his team are exceptional.

I was looking at a mini for when I pass my test, made an enquiry and Kyle guided me through options to test driving to buying my dream car. They didn’t hound me every day and done their best to find me a car within my budget. The whole test drive to buying was a week and Kyle even stuck the L plates on my new car for me before I drove off
