You can also speak to a person if you call their number which is very pleasant considering most companies avoid actual contact with their customers! Thank you.

EXCELLENT: There were a lot of complications with the delivery and returns (some my fault) and the customer support function was brilliant. I dealt with Kim and she was so helpful over a long period of time, kept in touch and fully resolved the issue for me - really grateful and impressed. Anyone can sell you a dress, its what happens when things go wrong that separate good retailers from bad ones.

W&B kept me informed about my purchase and gave me an accurate delivery date.

I purchased a piece that sadly snagged on my first wear. Not only did the store repair the snag for free, the customer service I received from Wolf & Badger (Emily) was outstanding. She followed up with me when I forgot to return the item and tracked its shipping both ways. In the day and age of AI everything, I really appreciated the human touch.

The jewelry pieces are stunning. I needed to return something and I didn't have a printer. I then discovered Aries, customer service support. Aries was amazing he went above and beyond his duties. Actually helping me get a pickup to return the item. The item was picked up and returned promptly. Just as the shipping after ordering was quick and right to my door. I have to say this. I am in the United States and the customer service support I received along with the delivery and the pickup to return we're absolutely amazing. Aries I want to thank you again I am so grateful for all of your help your respect your timeliness your patience with me and taking time to explain everything thoroughly. Very happy with my necklace, looks better than I expected

I had a change in circumstances that required returning my item (it was beautiful, high-quality, and arrived quickly — I have no issues with the product!), but trying to return it in the required timeframe was difficult. Unfortunately, my return needed to be through DHL, and there simply aren't many locations in my area, or even my state, to make that an easy task! Due to work and other problems, I was unable to get it dropped off at a location within the two-week timeframe. I was connected with Seychelle, who was incredibly helpful and thorough with helping me make the return, despite the timeline, but it wasn't until after that was completed that I learned I would only be compensated with store credit. So, in sum, my purchase and customer service experience was phenomenal, but the return was difficult and frustrating.

The order was delivered promptly. Sending it back was ridiculous as the post office couldn’t print the returns label after queuing for 20 minutes. Was told to go to the Toy shop at the bottom of the High Street as they could print it and then l had to queue up again in the post office to send it. Maddening, even though l like the stuff you sell won’t buy from you again.

Beautiful silver ring, unfortunately was too big for me so returned it and a different size ordered it now fits perfectly, great service all round.
