Terrible customer service
The items I get from W and B are great items but the customer service is terrible. I have been sent the wrong sizes multiple times, even the wrong items at times and trying to get them returned and get the right sizes are the right items is extremely difficult. I get the same email over and over that seems like it’s either auto generated or people at your company just don’t speak to each other. A very unpleasant experience. If it was just about the clothing, that would be incredible. But the customer service is awful.

Nice Company to Buy From!!!
It was a good experience. The communication from the W&B as well as the quick shipping. I would certainly purchase from them again. My only reason to going to 4 stars is because the garment has a slight odor to it when I opened the package. I may get the garment dry cleaned before using if the odor does go away on its own.

I have received the wrong item and have already sent the information to you. I haven’t received a reply from you. I did not get the ring I ordered but two different rings I have sent pictures of the rings. When I try to use live chat I get an Ai bot which is utterly useless.

4/5 only because the items from the original retailer was taking ages and I ended up cancelling. But the customer service was honestly amazing, Bernadeth kept me informed and was so efficient in resolving my issue. This was a stark difference compared to my experience with the original retailer

Good customer service
Although I had issues with the courier company partnered with wolf and badger (they rescheduled delivery FOUR times) the customer service I received in relation to this issue was very good. They apologised and gave me a 10% discount for the inconvenience for my next order as well as a free shipping discount. The website itself is impressive, lots of unique products.
