First off, I have to say that I am a bit hard to impress, especially with items from swag vendors. So for me to drop everything else and beg the Wizard folks for a link to review them is notable.

I have a logo with a very intricate pattern, and I wanted to make a pin that I could use as a magnet. I was expecting them to tell me the lines would be too delicate and that I'd have to simplify it. But they said it would be fine, and now that I have the pins in hand, I am absolutely blown away. It's everything I wanted it to be and exceeded my expectations of what could be done. The delicate lines are perfectly rendered -- too small to put enamel between them but I didn't want to anyway, and the metal is just gorgeous.

From start to finish the experience was top-notch. Response from the art team was speedy and informative, helping me figure out what I wanted, and cheerfully answered all my questions. Production time was on the shorter side of what they said to expect, and shipping was even faster than anticipated.

I am absolutely in love with these pins and am so glad I chose Wizard. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I originally placed an order of 1,025 custom pins with a local vendor. When I checked in on my order a month later I found out that the manufacturer never started on it and could not complete the order in time for my event. With only three weeks until my event, I searched online for a new vendor and found Wizard Pins. Steve was so helpful in answering my questions and providing me with options and proofs. I ended up ordering the custom photodome pins with the metal butterfly backing. Not only do the pins look amazing, but they were delivered two weeks from the date they were ordered (a week earlier than anticipated). I will definitely use Wizard Pins in the future.

Our company tried Wizard Pins on a personal recommendation and they KILLED it with the pins. They worked with us as we altered the art to get it just right at no additional cost with as much back and forth as needed until it was as we wanted. And they were FAST. They also got us our pins in the shorter projected time window. And they look AMAZING! Even the tiny print came out perfectly. Color was spot on! We will be ordering again!
