Amazing experience
Amazing experience. Fantastic customer service, extremely efficient. Always connected directly to someone on the phone. Best of all, phenomenal, professional excellent delivery. Was given estimate of delivery time and text 20 mins before. Attentive, careful unloading of decking timber. Excellent…would highly recommend this company compared to others who give a 10 hour delivery window and then fail to turn up.

Unhelpful fork lift driver
Very efficient service in the office but when the forklift driver came with my fence panels and some posts for another gentleman waiting with me he sat on his forklift on his phone and neither helped or spoke to either of us. As we were both able OAP's I thought this was both lazy and rude !

Misleading delivery charge's
The score on this platform tells the story - not great. They are part of the Lawson Timber group. They have a massive banner on their homepage stating free delivery over £350 only to find out that it’s only for certain items and the real cost for delivery is £60. If you want to know about this hidden delivery feature you’ll need to dig into their delivery policies. Deliberately misleading advertising.
