Avoid
Avoid, Advising brand named equipment and sending cheap Chinese copies, thought I'd pay a little extra as was advised as well know product with brand backing what was sent was a item you could get from ebay for less than the price of the postage.

Hello, we supplied you the part HP-GC we buy from Streamline. It is possible they source this part from China as many other things.
Very poor warranty and after sales.
In spite of the Shurflo pump being advertised as "Well made, reliable... for water fed systems." it only comes with a 3 MONTH warranty! This information is nowhere to be found on the website (I looked before writing this review) and then contrary to the above the description goes on to state that "the pressure switch is not rated for work with water fed systems so this is not covered under the warranty"
So which is it? A reliable pump for water fed pole use or not for use with water fed pole systems?! I cannot be both.
Sadly I found this out the hard way after my pump was supplied with one oversized spade connector (pre fitted and installed or I may have noticed) causing it to arc during operation and melt the terminal after only 16 days use.
They were happy to sell me another switch (not for use with water fed poles) for £45 when you can buy exactly the same switch elsewhere for between £3.00 and £5.50! I wish I had looked first but wanted to get up and running again ASAP.
Here is the part number should you need one, just Google it "V 15 2C26 K" a Philips screwdriver is all thats needed to change it over.

Hello Karl, the UK wholesaler gives only 3 months warranty on this pump, this is a reliable pump for wfp window cleaning, but the UK wholesaler does not accept warranty for pressure switch issues because they consider that it is always due to the misuse of the switch by the customer, this is why we recommend to buy a V16 controller and this problem won't happen anymore. Regarding the price of the switch, we only sell genuine parts. Best regards

Can't fault the company,excellent,speedy delivery.Unfortunately the Acid Wash 80 did not live up to the enthusiastic reviews I'd read.Consequently,still can't get rid of the mineral,hard water or whatever exactly they are stains in the toilet bowl.

Very poor costomer service
Very poor costomer service, received goods that were not as described, emailed, telephoned and left messages but no one answers or get back to you. Finally after many calls I managed to speak to someone they said they would get back to me that same day but didn't 3 days later and still waiting.
