Love to give custom to small, local businesses. They have such lovely smelling products at reasonable prices and plastic free. Have been using them for a few years now, my favourites being the bathroom (orange & ginger) and anti-bacterial kitchen (coconut & lime). Great company.

Such a great company. I have bought from Iron and Velvet for many years. I currently have a subscription for their cleaning sachets (highly recommend), and they dispatched my December order and notified me. I realised after two weeks that it had never arrived. I let them know via their website and they responded within 24 hours. And they straight away despatched a replacement order without question. Couldn’t ask for better service. The replacement order arrived in a couple of days. So efficient, great products and to top it all the best customer service. A small company so a very committed team and Alex who handled my query couldn’t have been kinder. Tough for them to be let down by the mail service. If you want non toxic, excellent cleaning products this is the place to get them.

Being a self employed domestic cleaner, I really like the limescale remover - it works well, fragrance free and kind to my lungs and hands unlike most! And at a very reasonable price.

We tried this product a few weeks ago and were happy enough to make a bulk purchase for home!
The little sachets dissolve well in water and you don't have to use much to get a bowl of soapy water for washing up!
The scents are nice, too, which makes it all the better!

Dispatched and delivered in good time and packaged securely in biodegradable packaging!

As of the 16/10/25 I have not received my order from the 4/10/25.

Great to be able to refill existing bottles so easily.
Products clean well. Only down side was the delivery by Royal Mail which took a lot longer than expected.

Great products and service. Toilet gel works brilliantly. Scents are great without being overpowering. Even when some products got lost in the post, no hassle with getting replacement sent out.

The order has not arrived. I have no means of tracking it with Royal mail.
No response from from Iron & Velvet, when I emailed them. Very unusual,previous deliveries have been fine. 😞

After reviewing so many eco-friendly options, I was excited to choose Iron & Velvet because of their plastic-free approach. Not only is everything zero- to low-waste, but the products clean well and smell great.

Whilst there were some shipping issues, when I reached out to Iron & Velvet, they responded to my message so fast, then quickly and efficiently arranged for a replacement parcel to be sent out. At every turn, I felt confident that I was heard and well taken care of.

I paid for my items three weeks ago and I haven't received anything. I emailed to check and was promised a replacement that hasn't arrived either. Update it arrived today .

Really great products. Easy to use, good value, nice scent, good eco credentials and not flared my dermatitis on my hands. Highly recommended
