Reliable Tools, Great Customer Service

I recently purchased several window cleaning tools from this company and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The selection is impressive, everything from high quality squeegees to microfiber scrubbers and extension poles designed for both homeowners and professionals.

Terrible delivery and customer support

Ordered 4 rubber feet on Friday 15th August. Eventually delivered by APS overnight on 21st August. Was charge £6 +P&P & Vat on a delivery of 33 Grams weight. Item ordered was correct but customer service is non existent and delivery terrible. Paid overnight delivery but told items arriving on 18th then 19th then 20th. Passed within 2 miles without stopping on 4 occasions. Terrible service. Will never use again due to delivery and lack of customer support.

Got what i ordered but lack of customer service means i won't use again

Never had an order confirmation and couldn't log into my account, though money was taken from account. Requested 2-3 password resets, but never received the emails. Also, sent customer services an email and have never had a reply.

Delivery was actually fairly speedy and items delivered were what i ordered, but due to the lack of order confirmation or responses from company, i won't use them again.
