Unfortunately, my delivery experience was very poor.

While unloading my new sofa, I witnessed one end being dropped before it reached my home. During assembly, one of the internal threaded fittings had become dislodged, making it impossible to fit all four legs and complete the installation.

The delivery team then spent a considerable amount of time trying to resolve the issue, but they repeatedly disagreed and argued with each other in my home. It was uncomfortable to witness and gave me very little confidence in how the delivery was being handled.

Everyone can make mistakes, but I expected a much more professional, organised and customer-focused approach. Sadly, this experience fell well below the standard I would expect from a furniture delivery company.

They delivered my funitures as they promised and the beauty of this is that they delivered them on time.

Put heavy king mattress into the bedroom. No damages. Smaller Luton bodied van able to get up our long narrow drive. No damages. Very helpful.

Moving house we have had numerous deliveries. Wincanton were amazing especially the delivery guyCouldn’t do enough to make sure everything was ok and on such a hot day. Patient and courteous.

Three times I have had delivers from wincanton and each time they have massively disappointed. Booked time off work to stay in each time and agreed the date weeks in advance and each time they push back the proposed time. The first time they pushed it back till 9pm then the tracker stopped working and they never turned up, so I called the next day and they said they were unable to deliver (clearly!) and didnt even give me a call to tell me that they werent going to deliver. The same thing happened the two other times, but at least this time I learnt to call before 5pm to get an update and they said they wouldnt be delivering because their drivers have hit max hours. Again, I had to call them, not them calling me. Very bad service all round, avoid if possible!

Very careful delivery by a considerate team. The set up was very helpful and they even took away the packaging.

This delivery was excellent, the delivery team first introduced themselves and greeted me, they made sure not to damage or bump into anything and handled the delivery with care and precision, I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Great service from this company. Had a bed delivered by them. They gave me a time slot on the day so I can plan my day accordingly. They also called me when they were an hour away and then 10 mins away. The delivery guys were very polite and very quick with the delivery.
