The delivery of this order was delayed…

The delivery of this order was delayed by 24 hours which did not seem right to me. Contrasting responses of assurance from various people in this company stating its fine for 48 hours another saying its fine for 72 hours - for Raw meat mind you.

My order arrived with 2 items missing and no prior communication from this company or refund explaining this before sending my order out.

On arrival I was very suspicious of the items after having been sat in a van and depot for almost 48 hours, one item seemed inedible so I contacted them to receive a refund for this item. I was told I had to send the item back first with delivery being paid for at my expense. The item was sent back and received by them over 48 hours ago and I still have not received my refund or heard anything despite sending follow up emails. Safe to say I will never order from here again.

Very bad customer service and misleading produce images

I would have given a -5 star if I could. The customer service was terrible, and the quality of the meat was low in every way. I paid for premium produce, which was supposed to be leaner meat with little fat. The lamb chump chops I received were full of fat, very poorly packed and cut. They defended themselves by saying he is still learning butchery, hence the poor cuts. I don't care if you're in training; I'm not the one paying the price.

The customer service was the worst I have ever received.

They claim to be ethical to animals, and I would appreciate it if they showed the same consideration to their own customers.

They keep saying they are a small business, well I'm not earning the money I spend at their shop easily either. I just wanted to get what they claim on their website, as a customer it is my right!

I will never shop from them again. This was the first and last time.

I could see from some of reviews on Google that I am not the only one who have had a bad experience with this business.

Stay away from this money-grabbing business, which doesn't care about their customers' satisfaction and makes their customers pay return postage (I already paid £14 for delivery) even though the mistake is at their end.

Excellent service and customer care

Excellent service and customer care, lovely atmosphere.
Owner is friendly and polite, took time to address all my concerns about the products. Rest of staff are very friendly. Had a great day with kids, would love to visit again

This place claims to be ethical organic…

This place claims to be ethical organic tayyib hallal
Here are pros and cons

Cons;
They have admitted to me on email that they vaccinate their chicks from day 1 for salmonella but organic certified farms do not allow vaccines as it is not organic anymore. The man here ridwan said yes im right that organic places do not vaccinate but it’s mandatory for non organic places to vaccinate and they are low on money to pay for organic certification and they still use to vaccinate when had organic certification even though it was illegal.

The man here admits they buy their chicken from a farm that euthanise baby chicks. He said all farms euthanise baby chicks but he is uneducated because i know many farms that do not euthanise baby chicks just because they are male.

According to other people’s experience
Willowbrook
use gmo feed
They do not use filtered water but use tap water instead.
I am happy to show proof of our email exchange to show i am telling truth

This is not truly ethical or halal or organic.

Pros
Are;

Its the best quality of non organic food and non ethical place to buy meat.

So its better than supermarkets
Better than butcheries
They do still care to some extent about animals but they turn a blind eye.

Finally;

They care more about profit and money than the animals and being tayyib
