I am furious that my very elderly Mother was browbeaten (the salesman was at their house for over three and a half hours) into signing away nearly £12,000 for 2 recliners and a “free” tiny settee. The quality is abysmal, the reading lights fell off within weeks, one recliner now doesn’t recline, the covers are not removable and the entire finish is extremely poor and cheap.
The worst part, however, is the after sales service. My parents have been given the run around for months with promises that the issues would be rectified. My parents now have one recliner that doesn’t work, one settee that is so uncomfortable that it’s been relegated to the garage and one recliner that “sometimes” works. In short, £12,000 for a pile of junk.
AVOID.

Small problem on scheduled delivery day which was sorted by Page altering things around.
Great service. This followed by Martin and Stuart who were happy to deliver later in the day, both are a great team setting up the chair in required position in lounge and explaining everything to us.
Great Guys and would recommend this service to all interested parties.

I bought a riser/recliner chair which is still within warranty and is broken. It took 10 days and several phone calls to get a response and was told it would be repaired on an unnamed day between 8.0am and4.0pm. they eventually came but were unable to repair it and took it away. After 10 days I rang them and was told it would be another month ( no-one had let me know). I was promised a loan chair but a week later I still idon'thave one

Pre-purchase experience was fast and efficient and very professional. Salesman and delivery staff were all excellent. However, post purchase problem dealt with very poorly. Three calls to customer services for an engineer to call, but no call back. A complaint resulted in a call and a service call was booked for a week later, but no-one came. When I phoned (3 times again as I kept being cut off) there was no record of the call having been booked. The engineer I spoke to was very apologetic and helpful, but it wasn't his fault. Very disappointing for such an expensive and necessary purchase.

It’s so easy to order the rep on the day name was Brad was fantastic and so helpful. Also when the chair was delivered by Ionut and Matt and couldn’t fault them so polite and made sure we understood the remote before they left 100% satisfactions.

The Sales person was very helpful in demonstrating the bed and gave full details of how the bed worked. I booked the order two days after he visited, having decided not to contact other providers.
Dean and Matt delivered the bed and made sure that it was in working order. They were professional but friendly and were a pleasure to have in the house.

I was very disappointed with the service we received. My dad chose a bed with a bespoke mattress, this was not cheap but we were reassured by the salesman that we were getting a good deal . We had to take his word as there does not seem to be any published prices anywhere. Following the order we had to wait three weeks for delivery , My dad waited in for the delivery only to be contacted late in the day to say it would not be arriving as the drivers had gone over their hours . We had already cleared the old bed ready for collection so my dad had to sleep in his armchair until it was delivered a week later . Unfortunately after using the bed for two weeks my dad developed a bad back and complained that the mattress was too soft . My dad then went to sleep in his chair again . I called the company , speaking to someone who said they would get someone to call back , they didn’t , I called again the next day and I did get a call back , however they were not able to help and said they would call me back , they didn’t . I called again the next day and got informed they would exchange the mattress for a firmer one but we would . Need to pay £120 call out charge . We paid then got informed the delivery would be in two weeks . My dad has had to sleep in the chair . I am extremely disappointed in the customer service we received following payment , the salesman who sold us the product certainly painted a different picture of the company to us.
UPDATE
I contacted the customer service department as advised in the company response. I was informed that unfortunately the delivery date could not be changed but they were willing to refund the £107 call out charge.
The delivery date of the mattress arrived and my dad waited. The delivery men arrived but unfortunately brought a 7ft mattress for a 6 ft bed, which had to be returned. My 89 year old dad is still sleeping in a chair.
I spoke again to the customer service dept.
They have given another week for delivery of the correct size mattress.
I was informed I was not eligible for a refund and return of the bed as it is bespoke and so exempt from the consumer rights act 2015 - READ THE SMALL PRINT, I believe most beds they make are bespoke, we were not given an alternative to bespoke.
I also mentioned that I had not yet been refunded £107 . I was given two reasons, the first that my review had not yet been changed, (I agreed to edit it following the refund of the £107) When I pointed out that surely that would not be the correct reason for them issuing a refund I was given a second reason, that because the delivery had not yet happened they could not yet refund the money.
We are waiting the delivery now on Tuesday, until then my 89 year old dad is still sleeping in his chair.
UPDATE - My dad has received his mattress and refund of £107, this is a much firmer mattress and my dad has found it very comfortable.

Dean and Lawrence delivered our Hanbury recliner today. Delivery went really smoothly. They called us 15 minutes before their arrival. Chair was already assembled which saved time. They demonstrated the chair, ensuring we fully understood the remote and the chair mechanisms. Both men were friendly and very professional. Definitely a 10/10 experience!

I purchased a bed ten years ago. I now needed the mattress replaced. The staff were brilliant. My mattress arrived 10 days later. The two delivery men were very efficient and friendly. Great firm to deal with.
